As a prospect, I was very impressed with this property. The grounds were beautiful and everything felt well taken care of. The leasing team was welcoming and answered all of my questions. The renovated units are especially nice. I’m looking forward to possibly moving here

You will not regret moving to Cortland Wortham. It is newly renovated with upgraded appliances and interiors. You have easy and convenient access to restaurants, grocery shopping and commute to the highway. They have an amazing gym, pickleball court, and a luxurious pool to come. I can't wait to see it (:

I toured these apartments recently and had a great experience. Briana was very patient, answered all of my questions, and made the tour feel comfortable and easy. She was friendly and knowledgeable, which made a big difference.

This has made so many improvements from previous management. Grant is an absolute star and we can’t wait to see the finished product. The whole team is so warm and welcoming. The location is fantastic.

We’ve been living here at Wynnewood for almost two years, and the new management has taken care of A LOT of maintenance issues that’s been plaguing the complex. As well as beautiful renovations. The leasing staff however, in my opinion, are the BEST! We love the new promos they provide, all the amenities are great, and the beautiful trees in the center of the complex. Mr. Grant is my personal favorite staff member. He is ALWAYS so kind, helpful and professional.

Briana and Grant are very helpful. I came in and they are very hospitable. The office team at Cortland Wortham have hospitality down!!!! I enjoyed coming to service this community! Definitely a place to live!
