How can you say this is a great place to say when the bloods gang up the street runs your apt. complex? They tag the park & ride which has no security, they stole the basketball goals from the school next door & they sell some of the best crack in Houston right there on your property!!! Also, one of the people that worked in the office named ---- was a major mail thief!!!!! STAY AWAY!!!!!

Well this apartment complex is a great complex to live in. I have lived here for a while now (6 months) and i really enjoy it. The maintenance is great, it is just like any other complex, you might have to wait a little time because you aren't always the only one with a problem. The staff is very friendly and wanting to get everything done to accomodate residents. It is a pretty good nieghborhood and since it is a smaler community you feel right at home!

I am the new Property Manager at Briar Park. I have been here for sixty days and love it. I have spoken to 80% of the residents here and have made their concerns and complaints my priority. I have been in the industry for twelve years and understand the frustration of the residents when it comes to turnovers of managers and maintenance staffs. Sometimes it is the best thing until the Management Company finds the best fit for your community. I live within 10 miles of Briar Park and I must say it has always been a small and charming community. I am very familiar with the surrounding area, and noticed the constant progress in the area. We are just minutes away from Willowbrook Mall, and other convenient shopping amenities. Briar Park is a well situated living location; we are across the street from Seaton Chase Metro Park and Ride, and only one mile from beltway 8 and FM 1960. I invite anyone interested in living at Briar Park to stop by our office for a cup of coffee and a tour of our lovely community. We are managed by CRES Management, which is one of the best Mangement companies in Texas!

these apartment are bad,but they not just horrific.I mean maybe if they cleaned up from time to time and keep good management when they have it.then they can get some kind of maintenance and $get the mold and mildew cleaned out of the walls from the storm damage.otherwise they would be a nice community to stay in.OTHERWISE

This apartment is a nightmare. i have lived in this community for the past few months, i have not been satisfied at all. None of the maintence needs that i have requested are ever handled in a timely manner..meaning days and weeks. my AC unit has been out twice this summer, with slow delays in getting fixed. In fact there is no permananet maintence personnel available on a regular basis. Electricity bill at this complex is thru the roof!!!!.. Parking is horrible And dont forget to welcome all the roaches as your new house guests. Access to 249 and the beltway are excellent as well as square footage in the apartment homes. but service here is a disaster. IF your able to find another complex than reconsider this one!
