I have been here only for 6 months and I have had the best experience. I live in the upgraded one bedroom apartment and I love it. My patio is huge and I sat outside and enjoy the view. Everyone in the office is so kind. The office always giving resident functions which I enjoy. Gives me a chance to get to know my neighbors. I had breakfast there one day at the office absolutely divine with the best coffee. I encourage folks to live here for good location and great leasing agents.

My experience of living here at Belmont Place Lafontaine since 2012 has had its rough beginning with the previous ACM {Apartment Community Manager} T.M.. I had maintenance issues i.e. 3 months after I moved in my kitchen counter was unlevel and split inside corner where sink is. I had put in several requests to get it fixed. Told me that he would have contractors come and measure. No one ever showed, and numerous other situations that required maintenance help would take extra days to accomplish a broken issue. So after 2 years of my residency ACM T.M. was no longer in charge is wonderful. Then we have a new ACM {Apartment Community Manager} C.B. step in to replace previous ACM T.M. when C.B. stepped in when things in community was a little disruptive, was getting community involved to help improve the neighborhood. C.B. has employed some fantastic leasing agents. That will invite all newcomers, and help the current residents to a wonderful KC's neighborhood at Belmont Place Lafontaine I LOVE my neighborhood community because of the knowledgeable staff for creating a family friendly cozy community

VERY NICE PLACE, STAFF IS AMAZING, OUTSTANDING IS PROBABLY A BETTER WAY TO DESCRIBE THEM, MY APARTMENT WAS ENORMOUS LIKE ABOVE 1300 SQ FOOT , I MISS LIVING THERE, THE APARTMENT I LIVE NOW AT, ON A DIFFERENT COMPLEX OF COURSE IS ABOUT 300 SQ FOOT LESS AND MORE EXPENSIVE

I have live here for about three years and few months and the place is very nice, my apartment is super big and affordable, neighbors are friendly and the staff is the best I have ever witnessed, thanks to everyone at this community for making my daily living experience a fine pleasure

I LOVE my home. Office and maintenance staff are fabulous. The manager always makes sure I am taken care of. From application to move in they made me feel like family. The process was super quick and easy. I have referred friends and family and will continue to do so because this is the best place to live.

Been living here for 5-6 years now and I will say that this apartment has won me over in all aspects. I have thought about moving just to make a change but I just can't because I enjoy it way too much here. It's a true home environment as far as it being an apartment. The management is very nice and helpful especially the manager Celia. Then there is the assistant Aida who takes care of you as well. Also other members such as Alex and Dominic are also very nice and helpful and take care of anything I ever need. They listen to you and not treat you like your just money to them like most apartments. Everything works and they keep things maintained. The community is great too surrounded by family and no drama. And the best part is that its RIGHT off the beltway and close to I-10 and Westheimer so you can't lose. Everything you ever want and need!

I have been living here for 6 years now and I just can't seem to move anywhere else. They have exceeded my expectations and take care of me when needed and I have no issues. The management treats residents like they are family. Very "homey" apartment and a nice place to come home to. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a nice apartment, with low rent, and right off the beltway and easy access to basically everything you ever need.

I have lived here for a year and a half and I absolutely love it; it offers all the amenities that I need. Everything is well maintained and the grounds are always clean and well kept. My apartment looks new and everything is in perfect working order. I love going home and relaxing at the end of my work day.

Ive lived here for 2 years and never had any problems. It's in a great location and the staff is super nice.maintenance is reliable and find a solution to my issues.Will definitely be renewing my lease for another year.
