Belmonte La Fontaine is the most beautiful place they have a play ground for the kids and so many other amenities. This is the place to live hands down!!!!!!!!!

Overall I'm happy. Great location. New office people are nice and helpful. Maintenance is pretty fast.

WORST PLACE I HAVE EVER LIVED AT!!! The management is horrible, haven't spoke to the manager yet!!! Ive been here for a year btw!! When I call he or she is always out doing something. The staff needs to go back to training they have no clue about customer service, my child is more polite. I have leaks, broken kitchen drawers, dining room light that's been out ( I just love eating in the dark..) and the parking lol don't even try it!!!!! Look around because this place is not it!!!

Excellent location and landscaping, HOWEVER, there is a major issue at this apartment complex with regard to management. Over 4 months, management and staff have changed 3 times!! There is zero communication between management and residents about change in staff or hours etc. At a previous apartment complex we lived in, we were always notified in writing about all changes, and that helped us feel like a community, rather than just finding things out by chance! Things weren't getting done because managers were changing all the time, and it seems they weren't passing on the work to the next staff member! Apartments were not in the best condition when we moved in; paint not finished, not very clean... we got tired of complaining we ended up doing the majority of the work ourself. Very very strange. I am surprised a company such as JRK is allowing this to happen. My feeling is that top management at JRK aren't even aware of the messy situation at Belmont Place! If you plan to move in, be very picky about the condition of your apartment at move in. This would be a great place to live had it been better managed! It's such a waste that a beautiful property is not taken care of.

Constant sewer backups, they will not fix anything wrong in the apartment.... you have to basically take them to court, and they will send you a bill for any cleaning done to the apartment after you move out....your car will get broken into or illegally be towed away at some point.. there's a large amount of young ----- males doing nothing but walking around selling pot mostly.
