It's people like you that makes a community bad. If the only thing you can focus on is someone's color then maybe you need to go live somewhere where your own kind exist (racist, prejudice, and disrepectful). Throughout the time I live there people of different races, sex, etc made the apartment complex very unsafe, as well as the management not doing their job. Here's a little advice: GROW UP AND REALIZE IT IS 2004 AND WE ARE NOT GOING ANYWHERE!!!!

i lived here for 3 mo. In that time we had a snake, a rat and roaches galore!! It is a slum!!! The mngmt. dosn't care they may say they do but all they want is there money. Should be condemed by the city!! Drugs, beatings, dead bodys, cops with guns drawn in play ground. Too scary!!

The owners couldn't keep good help if they wanted. They treat employees like crap. They are way under paid for the ---- they have to out up with. With these new people in the office things are only going to go down more and more. I don't see the owners paying for parties for residents. They don't even pay for real repairs. 2 MONTHS IN A ROW 2 DEAD BODYS DOES THAT TELL YOU SOMETHING.... DON'T LIVE HERE AND DON'T TRUST THE OWNERS AND STAFF!!!

Is it their personal goal to make the news daily... Sometimes you have to just say I give up and now would be one of those times. Does the owner actually think by hiring new people its gonna change? I think not, they are going to get burned out like everyone else. Now its 99 degrees outside and these poor people have no A/C and wont for a few days... Im so glad I finally got off that nasty property. I just feel sorry for the people that have been there a while and cant afford to move. God bless them

we are working on the problems we have with roaches and spiders. our office staff is more friendly and organized. maintenance is on top of things. we are working on our lighting in our common areas. we are having a 4th of july extravaganza on saturday for new move ins. we plan to have pool parties and hot dogs, drinks, and lots of fun. please come and join our new management.

The owners are very very cheap! I guess you could call them slum lords! They don't like to spend money where it belongs and the new office staff suck! They should have kept melba and sandi in the office. Look whos there now. I wish any one luck with this company!

i had a bullet go through my window a week ago and all the lady in the office could tell me was to toughen up. they have spiders in the apartments and roaches gallore. it is like motel 6 once they check in they dont check out. the staff in the office is rude, ------, and obnoxious. they dont pay their employees enough to work for them. too many people threatening. since i have lived here they found a body in the field, i got threatened, a bullet went through my window, they have had fights gallore, my friend got cut going to the store late at night, you get high walking to your apartment or through the court yard, people steal your mail. the only thing that has gotten better is the grounds and the pools.
