The Arrabella has a Wonderful Staff and Excellent Maintenance Team. Additionally, all of the Community opens areas are kept very clean and neat. Also, the updated paint job on all of the buildings outside have made the area more beautiful.

Maintenance personnel have no idea what they are doing. No matter how many times you tell them and make them aware of the problem, they don't understand and never fix anything. Almost 6 months since I moved, nothing in my original request form is fix. They come to the apartment and leave a note of job "completion". But the work never gets done.

It was a great experience overall. But gates on property were open and broken. No sense of security. Also no follow up was made when was told I would receive a call about a unit. Which was exciting because the units go fast and never received a follow up.

Very nice place, quiet and very welcoming. It is a clean environment and also feels safe. Staff made it very easy to get the application going and not to mention their kindness and patience throughout the whole process.
