Good experience with the community manager and maintenance of the place is good, the apartment amenities are in a good standing, and clean. The hallways and public areas are keeping in a good condition and shape.

Lived here for 2 lease terms now, and I’ve had very few issues, which is great for Houston apartments. The noise is tolerable, it’s generally quiet all day aside from cars on i10 or dogs barking. The office staff really cares about the residents and go above and beyond to make sure things are taken care of quickly for you. Everyone I’ve met here has been extremely friendly.

Overall, my experience at this community has been excellent. The amenities are great, the area feels safe, and the management team is always friendly, responsive, and professional. Everything from maintenance to cleanliness is handled very well. However, there are a couple of small issues related to noise. There is a house next to the community with several dogs, and sometimes some residents walk their dogs near that fence. When the dogs on both sides start barking, it can get quite loud and disturbing at certain times. Also, one of the residents, I’m not sure which apartment, seems to practice music, and the sound can sometimes be heard even late at night. It is not constant, but occasionally it becomes a bit annoying. Other than these minor issues, everything here has been wonderful, and I’m very happy living in this community.

The staff are always friendly and helpful, and the complex is consistently clean and well-maintained. The amenities — pools, barbecue areas, and everything else — are always in great shape. I love it here the staff is great and the property is always clean. The office staff is nice and professional. I like that the property host events for tenants to help the community and the residents get to know each other. They also do activities that give back like school supply drives and food drives.
