.excellent location, with grocer and many other shops close to the complex. management and maintenance are fast and very efficient. noise at a minimum. pets are welcome, with a dog park etc..all in all, this is an excellent apt complex.

Two months ago, we experienced a direct lightning strike and water was flowing in appartements from the third floor to the first. Fortunately it happened early evening. Imagine if that was at 2AM or 3AM. Management needs to install lightning rods to prevent this from happening again. That is an important issue to consider fixing.

Good area. Never seen any crime/police or felt unsafe. Grounds are maintained. Maintenance is awesome. Usually on top of anything the same day. They bring in food trucks and have occasional social events if that is your thing.

The apartments is very nice, room size are bigger than expected, huge patio. I love the stainless steel appliances but the new oven I received is way too small for a family of 4. The stairway could use some cleaning, the spider webs are getting out of control.

I can honestly day that my stay at the apartment complex has been great for the most part. Upgrades are definitely needed. I still have white appliances. Overall it's a great community. The maintenance and staff are some of the best.

She’s amazing it’s the smile for me, not only that she has such a beautiful spirit. I never had a bad encounter with her. Whatever I needed to be done concerning issues with my apartment.,she made sure it got taken care of in a timely manner. She’s very attentive when it comes to the residents of the community. Thanks Debbie for all that you do. I truly appreciate you.

I really like my apartment aside from living under a noisy neighbor. The MAA Legacy staff are very accommodating when requests are made and the maintenance staff are great. I would recommend this community

Most is good, a lot of nonresidents take the pool over on the weekend, like 50 or 60 of them. Pus, they play their music really loud. There are no signs posted around the pool that state residents only.

Great community and location. Very quiet and friendly, staff is very friendly and professional. Access to major highways and lots of great restaurants and shops around a 3 mile radius in any direction. Also great school district for this location.
