Beamer place is the worst place I have ever lived in and it's only been a month. Forget about getting anything fixed cuz it's not gonna happen. Like I said I've only lived here a month and I can't get anything fixed. my washer hasn't worked since day one and I've called every other day trying to get someone here and to this day it still doesn't wrk. All I get is the run around and that's the least of my issues with this place my front door has been damaged from the cops busting the door open from the previous tenets. The floors are a mess and all these things that need to b fix I've told them since day one. But do they care. Nope. But they sure do want there rent in time. If u are reading this review please listen to me do not move here. I've read all the bad reviews and just thought to myself maybe it's just disgruntled tenets or that this won't happen to me cuz I've never had any problems with any apt that I've lived in. But trust me they don't care and you will have problems. This place is horrible

Ms C. Use to be nice now she is so rude if u have called and talked to the office they have your number stored in there and will not answer it Ms C. --- has really gotten besides herself when I moved in Dana was in charge she was nice and polite didnt play and DIDNT LET criminals in to rent! Smi tell you one thing and will totally do the opposite.... never had a problem with maintenance but with the freaking plumbing water being cut off without notice... I use to feel safe not anymore I heard a neighbors say she was on her way to work and she could see a man kneeling down by her truck she hit the panic button he got up and ran she called and the dumb board Ms. C. Told her dont say anything b/c he could have been looking for something! Then why did he run dummy? It use to be a time you have the police called to many times you had to leave what happen to that? People move out throughout the night so they dont have to pay rent i wish i didnt have to pay! Apt 32* Is selling weed out of his apartment u can be in the pool and see them running in and out different buyers also the ------- trash OMG! nasty and horrible. The apartments need upgrading really bad! December cant come fast enough I love the area but nasty rude uneducated never had nothing criminals move in the nice area's to do dirty and go to the bad parts to hang eventually the bad will come as well as more dirty peace and Ms. C. smile when I see your phony a**!

The apt is pretty quiet; neighbors are really nice. Maint. Is completed in a timely manner. However, the office staff is rude and will not work w you regarding late payments. I was late due to my employment changing for a few months and they still tacked on all charges they could (even when I explained the situation). Mind you I hadn't ever been late before. Since the management has changed , I am very dissatisfied with this new staff. The previous staff was awesome but these people- not so much. But the bedrooms are also large IMO. So besides the rude staff, I'd recommend it. Oh, and they will tow you if you don't park in right spot. Visitors too... Just a heads up. And the rent is still going up but I guess that's everywhere.

I moved into these apartments thinking that it would be a nice place because of the location but I wouldn't refer anyone to live here. You are dealing with roaches, fleas (etc. They only care about one thing and that is MONEY!!!!! I was late paying my rent in July and they turned my air off with me and my kids. I swear this place is pathetic and the Manager is too. DO NOT MOVE INTO THESE APARTMENTS!!!!

INFESTED WITH ROACHES AND FLEAS! These apartmens are discusting and not stable for a person to live here , the management is horrible they are worthless people who only want your money and do not care if you have a problem . Manager "-------" dont give a ---- about anything but money . "------" and " -----" very rude people . Do not waist your money on this ---- hole of a place HORRIBLE !
