Loved the community. The new management is great. They have great community events and rent is very reasonable for the type of apartment. It is very clean and the commute to my work has been cut down considerably. This is the best apartment in the area.

Complejo de apartamentos muy inseguro, pagas 30 dólares por tener un parqueo reservado y siempre se parquean otros carros, le haces reportes a la oficina para que tomen medidas y no hacen nada. Hace poco llamé a la reca para que sacara un carro de mi parqueo y al otro día mi carro nuevo 2020 me lo rayaron y la oficina dice que ellos no pueden hacer nada al respecto. Si compras online o esperas algún paquete que te lo dejan en la puerta se lo roban y nadie sabe y la oficina tampoco responde, entran y salen personas con aspecto de delincuentes a vender y comprar drogas dentro del condominio, el olor a marihuana se pasa de un apartamento a otro le hablas a la oficina y tampoco toman medidas, es un asco de condominio, la verdad no lo recomiendo....

Hello I lived there for a year while I went to school. I had. A 1 bedroom and it was quiet plus apt was ready to move in and the staff was great. (Office and maint.) I recommend Walnut Creek to anyone looking for a quality Apt and a great staff to boot.

I have lived here three years. Always paid my rent on time and handled my business responsibly. Management has never had a problem from me. I was recently robbed. Someone kicked the door in and stole my belongings. I called the police and filed my report. The next day I go to the leasing office and let them know what happened. They fixed my door no problem. I let them know I do not feel safe and that I have a 5 month old son. What if I would have had him with me? The management is horrible. They showed no remorse. They didn't even care. They simply fixed the door and simply said they couldn't do anything about it. I only have two months left on the lease and they still won't let me leave. I paid my rent for the month and asked if I could be released and let them know I wouldn't even stay the whole month. Again they declined. I asked to at least switch units so the culprits won't know where I live. Again. They declined. These are possibly the worst apartments to be at. I know it is not there fault. But there is no security to protect who comes and goes. Please save yourself the headache and don't live here. Ps. The pool they speak of is a small square and 3 ft deep. They're never open regardless.

MY APARTMENT IS SO CUTE. STYLISH & COZY! FRESH PAINT. BEAUTIFUL FLOORING. I AM EXCITED TO LIVE HERE. OFFICE STAFF WENT ABOVE & BEYOND AND MET MY EXPECTATIONS TO THE FULLEST AND BEYOND. APPLICATION PROCESS FAST & I LOVE THE BEAUTIFUL LANDSCAPING AROUND. THE POOLS WERE VERY CLEAN. 1ST THING I LOOKED FOR. THE GYM IS A PLUS. THE VERY COURTEOUS MANAGEMENT. ... IM VERY HAPPY I CHOSE THESE APARTMENTS... MY TOWNHOUSE IS SO QUIET & ADORABLE. IM JUST EXCITED TO CALL THIS PLACE HOME

yo eh estado viviendo en los departamentos walnut creek 10 anos. El mantenimiento es muy bueno cuando tienes un problema lo solucion inmediatamente. gracias por siempre atender a sus residentes. Y gracias a las muchachas de la oficina por ser bien amables con los residentes.

I do not recommend these apartments what's so ever. The maintenance people take forever to come and fix any big or little problem you have! All the apartments are infested with roaches, the girls at the front office are not helpful at all (especially Mandy), and I've had my truck broken into 3 times already. These apartments suck! I can not wait till my lease is over.

Me movi a estos apartamentos en el 2008 y despues de que ingreso la nueva administracion, hubieron cambios Buenos, me fui a un apartamento casi Nuevo, pusieron los gates y en la oficina hay peliculas gratis, palomitas cada dia y tambien café. no he tenido quejas con la oficina y espero siga asi, se vera major cuando arreglen el parqueo. hay un policia que mira todo y hace mas tranquilo todo para mi y mi hijo. me gusta vivir aqui y tambien estoy cerca de mi trabajo

Yo e vivido en estos apartamentos hace mas de 15 anos y estoy muy contenta de todos los cambios tan positivos que han hacho. Las senoriatas de la officinal son muy amables y siempre me Mandan a arreglar todo lo que se me llaga a aruinar. el senor que arregla es bueno y muy respetuoso.
