I would not recommend living here and am so glad to be gone. Freida is highly unprofessional, rude, unpleasant, and seemingly only there for the paycheck. Tori appears inexperienced and lacks the knowledge needed to assist residents effectively. On the bright side, Titiona is fantastic and the only staff member who provides excellent service at this property. Submitting work orders is a nightmare. Nothing gets resolved unless you escalate the issue directly to the supervisor. Despite the lack of support, they strictly enforce rent deadlines and are quick to add late fees for the entire month the very next day if payments are even a day late. I only wish they showed the same urgency when it came to repairs in the apartments. It is true what they say you get what you pay for!

PLEASE DO NOT MOVE HERE! Coming from an elderly that been here only a year! Let’s start with the office manager TORI. She is very rude and seems to only come to work to get a paycheck. This complex have only one maintenance man and no cart for them to drive so they walk every where. They never come out when you call the emergency line. They have mold build up through these apartments which lead to many sicknesses. I called the office to request a work order and the Latina Assistant Frieda told me to stop calling and that she did not have time to input a work order. The office manager TORI came out of her office stating I need to try fixing the problems my self which left me APPALLED. These units have painted tubs so you will have to get you tub painted yearly or it will peel.Save your time and do not move here. I’ll make another post showing pictures of mold and unpainted tubs

None of the staff wants to give me their managers name or number, or their corporate office number. I was going to share my experience with them, instead I'll do it here. Or if anyone knows how to get a hold of them, please let me know! We moved to Sugar Creek on 2015 and everything seemed perfect then! Ms. Angela was amazing, but when she left and they got a new management, everything went down the drain. First off, roaches! No matter how many times they hire extermination, the roaches always come back. Our neighbors get them too. Second, rent increases what feels like every month. It's supposed to be an apartment for low income people but you're probably better off at the luxury apartment next to us because they are now about the same price. Pet deposit is also $600 which I think is ridiculous. I have lived in 2 other apartments and their pet deposit would be half of that at the most. Next is car towing. You cannot have people over after 8pm because they will tow their car. They are on top of that. I wished maintenance were on top of their game too. They either fix things the same day, or the next few months. Mail - the office will not receive packages. If you need a package signed for and no one is home, you ain't getting your package. Also, the apartment gives a set of keys and remotes for your garage and the gate. When your remote batteries die, YOU need to pay THEM to replace the battery of the remote they gave you. They have a business center and printer, but it is almost always not working. If anyone has any questions or comments, feel free to email me!

Don't move here unless you don't like your life. The staff is rude and unprofessional and unfriendly and act like it's an act congress to do anything that is asked of them. They apparently don't like their job. They are always eating what ever time you go to the office. ------- dresses with skirts all sloppy unprofessional with her skirt hiked up legs spread wide open and you can see everything and she is all slouching in her chair. ------ is sloppy and doesn't care about her job both of her and ------------- hair is un brushed and sticking up all over very sloppy desk areas. They don't even get up to great you. I haven't even seen them get out of their chairs or from behind their desk. ------- dresses like a street walker and is very unprofessional and is never in the office or on property. She doesn't return phone calls. Maintenance takes forever to repair anything but they like their rent on time. When you call the office you don't get a voicemail if they don't answer you get a notification that the phone number is disconnected. I wonder if the corporate office knows about their unprofessional practice of doing this and how much business they are loosing because of it? I was told I could not play my music outside or BBQ but you know what --------- I pay your salaries with my rent. So I am going to Play My MFG Music any time and anywhere I want to and even in front of you guys apartment if I want and you can't do anything about it. I am going to BBQ outside when ever I want to also. You ----------------- don't do what your rules say you are suppose to so I am going to do whatever the hell I want to ---------------------------------------------.--

DO NOT MOVE HERE. I'm amazed to see no negative comments about this apartment complex. I have bugs and ants all over my apartment. My doorbell doesn't work. My microwave does not either. My fire alarms continue to go off, even though they supposedly have been fixed. Office staff is rude. Oh and they decided to bump up my rent in the middle of my lease.

Beginning with the office staff, I have no complaints but praise. Chelsie and Mrs. Angelas' professionalism conveys concern, respect and fairness. I just love this duo! As for the property, it is well kept, very quiet and maintenance do respond in a acceptable amount of time. I love living here! Keep up the good work everyone.

Just went here to inquire about an apartment the staff was not friendly at all and pretty rude. So I can only imagine how they are when you live here.

Hello, I am a resident of Sugar Creek Apts. and have been for 8 years now. This is a very safe and nice community to dwell in. What makes Sugar Creek a very livable community is the Management team. They are awesome. Angela Mason the manager who has zero tolerance for bull-crap or anyone here disrupting the community. Chelsea her tiny assistant who is Angela's second eye when she is not available and Mary a consultant that also works in the office are a powerful team. The apartments are huge in the inside and well kept. As far as roaches, they have an awesome exterminating team that tackles the problem A.S.A.P...just call the office and they are on the spot. Angela Mason has done a wonderful job in turning Sugar Creek around since she has been in office. For all the negative reviews, let us remember that Rome was not built over night. With that being said...Come see for yourself! P.S. love you Angela Mason and I thank you for being the Manager @ Sugar Creek and always having a listening ear and addressing issues in a timely fashion.Signed ..The lady with the shiny red car that someone had to go copycat...lol....

I moved into Sugar Creek this year 2012 and I love it, I'm so sorry that the previous resident had a bad experience during the time she lived at the community. I know the old manager is no longer there and the office staff is outstanding. The staff is always attending to the residents every needs and completeing work orders on time. Again I'm sorry for the proevious people, but I believe they should give it another try they want be sorry. I promise!!!!!!!!!!
