I recently moved in Sugar Creek. My apt is beautiful.Angela took care of my application and right away I got a good feeling.Then I dealt with Mary Ann concerning some of the details for the apt. Chynai saw to it that they were executed. These 3 Ladies are very gracious at all times, and see to it that our needs are satisfied. Edmundo and Carlos are our maintenace persons.They see to it that the grounds are well kept (and they do a very good job of it) also anything that needs to be repaired. I don't think there is a thing they can not do). Last but not least is Dilma that makes sure that your apt is nice and clean when you get there. Also she takes care of the offices and reception room. Even the mail persons are so nice, once of my letter didn't have the apt#, they took the trouble to find it, and put in my mailbox. I am very happy to be here. God Bless these wonderful people

From the time I moved here on October 1, 2010 up to today, November 20, 2012 I can say this is a great place to call my home. Beginning with Mrs. Lisa who is now at the corporate office; she opened the door for me to move into a beautiful, beautiful home apartment at Sugar Creek. I will always have special thanks for Mrs. Lisa. Mrs. Angela is now the Manager, professional, yet wonderful person, who is always ready to listen and help, not with just words but with solutions and action; ZERO tolerance for drugs and violence policy; shows concern for every residence. Mrs. Kelly is Mrs. Angela s assistant; she is always pleasant and willing to help anytime I go into the office and will treat you in a loving courteous, most respectful manner, but takes care of business. I am a Senior and can say, she really will take time for anyone. Additionally, we have super fantastic maintenance; Edmundo and his assistant Alfredo are reliable here to fix anything in the apartment; Edmundo thank you for your immediate response when I have a request and your kindness; God bless you. We also have two great Security Officers; Deputy Sheriff Murral who is very visible on the property; Officer Murral is very nice, warm and approachable to talk with; he enforces the ZERO tolerance for violence or drugs. Our Complex is safe for me!! Amenities: Last year I saw the granite counter top in the office kitchen and thought it was soooo beautiful. I walked into Mrs. Angela s office and told her how beautiful the kitchen was, she responded, Ms. Myrtle would you like to have the granite look counter tops in your apartment. Wow, I said yes; my kitchen was already very nice; my granite counter-look is beautiful. Another beautiful look is the accent walls; well I decided I wanted a new look, an accent wall in my bedroom; my accent wall is beautiful sage green and I love it. We have a beautiful swimming pool with a nice water fall cinerary, a playground for the children, a large computer media area, a business meeting room, fitness room, on sight laundry room and personal business literature display buffet. These benefits are for anyone who lives in the community. All the description is to say we have a wonderful home with the best management and staff here at Sugar Creek Apartments. Additionally, for the children there are after school homework help, snacks and weekly events provided by the Neighborhood Program with Mr. Adam as the Director. Mr. Adam also offers a variety of programs for adults such as FASFA help for college, nutrition management, health / fitness and computers literacy for adults. Here at Sugar Creek, we have a Great Property Management Team, a safe environment, a very nice swimming pool, parking garages, ample parking for guest, and the grounds are beautifully kept. For the first time I've I finally got to read reviews about sugar creek apts.I been here since 2008 and truly sugar creek have become a home to me and my family.I have a brother who lives here and very soon a daughter who will be living here soon.I must truly say that we have challenges here just like anaany other complex but we truly have staff that I must reconize as trying to helping us with those obstacles such as lisa ross,angela mason and past staff,mary ann,joslin and I can't forget ms. Sue.we chane manangement a lot so it get hard on us to build relationships and they leave us for bigger and better things and we seem to have diffuculties adjusting to change especially if the staff do not care about the community as a whole,so I debra wright decided to get involed as resident council on the property to hear problems and hoped for voices to be heard.I do know that we must come together as a team to help solve our problems and issues as one.lisa allowed us to have accent walls,hardwood floors etc and pest control has always been avaiable every thur if your name is on the list which is always avaiable for all tenants.we all must become responsible for each other and work as a community even when there's a situation and we have to call officer philph.I just pray that we get lovin and caring staff again and CORPORATE stay involed in this quest.please don't take lisa and angela from us!!!!we;re now adjusting to new staff again so its gonna be a challenge once again!!!welcome to shanae who we all are learning to love as our own.all in all GOD BLESS EVERY STAFF AND EVERYONE AT SUGAR CREEK And thanks for allowing us to voice our problems and concerns!!!!!!!.......

My apartment now is 1202 and has fleas carpet, dishwasher does not work and the kitchen is in poor condition and I hope that by this means of communication can adistar 6 months after the complaint to.. Is really really bad service at maintenance

MANAGEMENT SUCKS! THEY ARE ALWAYS CHANGING AND ALWAYS TERRIBLE. IF YOU LIVE THERE EXPECT YOUR RENT TO BE LOST. DONT EXPECT ANYONE TO COME OUT AND FIX ANYTHING.
