So, rather than give you a line by line accounting of how terrible this place is, let's do it another way. Would you move here if: -They lost your rental application? -They lost your deposit? -They lost the approval letter to move-in? -They gave away the apartment you were supposed to lease? (because they were looking for the documents that they lost - yes, I can't make this up) -They have rules in place that they don't enforce? (latest excuse - they can't enforce noise complaints because they are at night and they are not at work to enforce them) -They offer to let you move into a different apartment and will waive the transfer fee, but instead hit you up on the back-end with rebt that was appx $200 more per month (for thr exact same floor plan). Here is what they claimed...Oh it is a courtyard view which is more money. Guess what? Remember above when they leased our apartment to someone else because they lost the paperwork? Well, they tried to charge us more than $100 more a month for a different apartment (same floorplan, same floor). The original one was facing the pool, the next one (that was over $100 more a month) was facing the parking lot. They can't even keep their excuses straight. Unreal. -They claim to have a heated pool year-round but won't fix the heater (hmm...too expensive??) The construction here is terrible. I wanted to knock on my neighbor's door while she was on the phone. I'm sitting in the room next to here and I hear her say "Oh, I will bring it to you tomorrow or Monday. No, don't go out. It is cold. I hate for you to get out into the cold." I wanted to go knock on her door and ask to join in the conversation or invite her to continue the conversation in my apartment because I could certainly hear everything she was saying. Ridiculous! All I can tell you is that MOVING HERE WAS A BIG MISTAKE. Think twice.

Marcelle Marks 2 minutes ago I moved in to the Camden Royal Oaks this year. My first impression of the complex was how sincerely kind the staff in the office were to me. They not only took me on a tour they told me all about the extra activities the complex has at no charge. After I moved in the people living at the complex all residents said hello to me or waved. I really feel better here than when I was living at my house.The maintenance gentlemen keep the complex so clean and if I should have a problem in my home they are there for all of us 24/7.

This is a fantastic community that I am happy to say that my mother is now a resident of! This is a beautiful property and the staff is absolutely wonderful. Sandy Taylor helped us tremendously and made the move for my mother seamless and effortless. We thank her and Camden Royal Oaks management for their attention to detail and the warm welcome! Wonderful place to call home. I live in a large 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom with 1 dining room, large patio, kitchen and laundry room. Beautiful wood floors carpet is in the den and the bedrooms. Friendly atmosphere, gorgeous pool and more.

Camden Royal Oaks Maintenance Team, Thank you for taking care of my refrigerator issue. Having lived in apartment communities around Houston, I can say that without a doubt the Camden Royal Oaks maintenance staff- Hazael, Leandro, Santos and Sandy are the best!

I have recently moved into the Camden Royal Oaks. The leasing office staff and resident services staff have been extremely accommodating and friendly. They make you feel like you have been friends for a long time. I requested maintenance service and they sent Leandro to complete the service request. He came the next day, since it was not an emergency, and completed my request satisfactory and with a positive attitude. This a great complex and I am so glad I made the decision to move here.

When I needed to downsize from a three bedroom single family home, I found what I was looking for at Camden Royal Oaks. I visited a friend who lives at Camden Royal Oaks, and I liked what I saw and chose to rent a two bedroom/two bath apartment. The facility is very pleasant with courtyards and gardens that are well maintained. The club houses are well maintained. The staff from top to bottom is very courteous and helpful. Maintenance requests have been dealt with promptly. The many activities provide socialization. There is a fitness center and a heated swimming pool. It is a good solution to my housing needs.

We searched extensively (4 years) for an apartment home before we sold our house. We think we found the perfect place. It was probably the best decision we have ever made. The common grounds are so beautiful. The staff is friendly and helpful. Maintenance is prompt and efficient. Activities are geared to senior fitness and enjoyment. We've been here almost 4 years and have just renewed our lease. It is like living in a vacation resort but you have all your belongings with you. We have found living in a community with people like ourselves is very rewarding. We have found friends and love. It is a gated complex and I feel totally safe, no matter what time I venture out. Camden has added to our golden years of happiness. I can't thank the people that had the foresight to offer such a community enough. I cannot imagine owning another home - I would not want one. There have been those that decided they did and some of those have returned within a year.

my husband and I have lived here going on 3 years.Its agreat place to live. lots of things to do. Bingo games,pizza night.couples brunch and agreat Halloween party coming up. we also have 2 great dogs parks for your loving pets.car ports and garage for your cars or just park in a parking spot. the great thing I like is in each apartment we have our on washer and dyer,dont have to go out to wash clothes.so if u would just come and check us out you will just want to move right in.so come and just check us out.Hope to see all new people coming in
