Overall, very good.<br><br>Likes and Dislikes: I like the location, the pool, the activities and the quiet around here. The staff is helpful and maintenance is terrific.

Helpful, friendly. Location could be better. Would have liked a move-in booklet on rules etc. and also a list of tenants w/addres and phone numbers.<br><br>Likes and Dislikes: Wish the tenants in II were more long term like the ones in I.

I reccomend this place to anyone who desires a clean, safe well taken care of senior community. It is a community for the retired and still working tenants.<br><br>Likes and Dislikes: I love the safe, clean & social networking that exist in this community. Everyone is super friendly are really care about each other.

I am very happy I moved here, after living in a condo for the pass twenty years this is a welcome release from the kids and loud music.<br><br>Likes and Dislikes: I love the looks of this property, the landscaping is beautiful. The quietness, the friendly people. The staff is very helpful and very pleasant.
