The montelago apartments have surpassed my expections as far as the staff's punctuality in and out of the office. All aspects of the community are well kept. It is certainly a level up from surrounding communities.

As a single female, it is very important for me to feel safe in my community and living at Montelago does that for me. Staff is very responsive and maintain everything is quick and friendly. I signed a 14 month lease and am satisfied with that.

Maintenance is prompt, had a few issues with my unit. Had to get heater worked on twice in a two week spand. Even though I am on the third floor I can hear the noise of running kids below me all night and day. I see that neighbors dont pick up after their dogs. So walking in the grass is not a good idea.

the customer service had been wonderful every time I request help or a service the personnel had been very diligent. the surroundings of the buildings are very clean and the community areas too. The maintenance service personnel had been great and diligent too.

It's a decent place to live. Nothing spectacular but I've had no major issues in the past 2 years. I enjoy the close proximity to stores and surrounding cities. I wish they would do a better job at the parking situation. It's terrible at night.

Community is full of people that clean their cars and leave trash on the ground. Adults do not throw trash in the dumpsters. Adults do not pick up pet feces. Adults and children throw garbage from balconies and do not go downstairs to pick it up.

I've been here 12 years. Very happy overall with living here. Every time I have had an issue it has been taken care of. The office staff has been accommodating to my needs always and is always friendly. I will stay here as long as I can afford it.

I recently moved in June and my experience has been great so far! Daisha has been very helpful and attentive to any concerns and has been since the day I toured. She is very friendly and makes sure you feel like you're at home! The staff is great, maintenance is quick, my only concern is parking at night for me. Overall, I give is a 10/10.

Great experience thus far. Friendly neighbors and very clean outside environment. Quite and safe with gates for entrance and exiting. Phenomenal location for my commute. The hub mailing services help with securing packages

I have lived here for just a short amount of time, but I love it already. Its very quiet and peaceful. The office is very nice and helpful as well! Im happy I chose these apartments to move my family to!
