I am not the resident, my mother is, but I spend a lot of time there as I visit 1 to 3 times a day to check on her. I have been very impressed with how well run the property is, and the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. Maintenance requests are handled pretty quickly. The food is pretty good too. Since she does not participate in any activities, I can't address those. You can't beat the location; it is close to everything but is off the beaten path and quiet in the immediate area. If I had to live in an apartment, I would be happy there myself. It is a relief to have such a good experience after some bad ones elsewhere.
