When I came to lease the office staff was very compassionate impatient but also eager to answer any questions I had and would follow up as they say they would. The property is nicely kept is also very well lit at night I have not had any issues since I moved in. Maintenance response immediately to work orders and the staff keeps in contact with you regularly which is something I appreciate. And since these are older apartments that have been renovated I love my one-bedroom apartment the size of it and the layout.

I fell in love with this place at first sight. When I first walked into the model apartment I was very impressed. The staff has excellent customer service skills and answered all of my questions. My one maintenance request was handled in a timely fashion and I was thoroughly pleased.

The staff management is great ! Apartment is very spacious & the move is process was super easy and laid back . Although the small issues I do have at the moment. Everything was a 10 . Maintenance is super nice and comes on time .

I was nervous that the price was one of the lowest i found but after living there, I am blown away at how nice the complex is. My apartment looks like no one even lived there before me. I am very happy worth my over all experience and would definitely put my name behind it when recommending it to others.

Angie was very kind and helpful. She went out of her way to help me and reach out to my previous landlords and Employer. I work over night so my day schedule is very crunched. I am pleased with my new apt.

The move in was easy but i do feel like applying online is a bit stressful. Other than that the staff where super nice, didnt have any problems when applying, and any questions i had they where happy to answer. One negative i suppose could be mentioned is the parking, sometimes you have to park all the way in the opposite side of your apartment, but again you can always pay for a reserved parking, which in my opinion isnt too expensive ($20/month) compared to other apartments.

It's relatively quiet, the grounds are well maintained, management does a good job of making any corrections, the repair work after the winter freeze was done relatively quickly even with the increases demand for materials. All in all it's been a pleasant experience here.

We enjoy living at Steepleway Downs Apartment. We have had great neighbors and little noise. Steepleway maintenance is always prompt and professional. The office staff is friendly and knowledgeable.

The community is very safe and very calm, there is a lot of stuff to do around the area. The apartments are clean and have spacious areas. I would recommend them to all of my friends if I could . Overall it's a pretty great place

Do not have any comments. Good place to live in. The survey is good way of management getting to know the tenants responses on maintenance issues. Good way and step for both management and tenants to discuss.
