I am really enjoying the apartment. Ever since I came to look at the community Jonathan has been nothing but helpful and nice. I felt welcomed immediately. The place is beyond gorgeous and more than I expected.

I love the community here at Ashford. All the residents are relatively kind and respectful. Feel like the quality of housekeeping at our apartments had decreased. They use to vacuum the hallways, mop, and sweep up the leaves that may have blown in to the building weekly it doesn't seem to be the case anymore. With the amount of car break ins i have heard I'm confused as to why we do not have security at this point. Other then that i have enjoyed my time here just wish for more cleanliness and parking security.

The apartment itself is really nice for the price. However, the community can get dirty pretty easily and for over a year exterior doors were broken. It can be near impossible to get in touch with the front desk, often having to go in person to see them.

I've lived at this property for a little over 2 years and still love it! Leslie, the property manager, and the rest of the staff are always professional and courteous. The maintenance staff always has their hands full, but they will take care of your needs!

I would not recommend this property to anyone. There are several consistent issues: trash/trash chute, smell, pet mess, lack of security, parking/vandalism, broken elevators, noise, etc. Everything you would want to avoid in a "luxury" apartment, Ashford has. The new property manager is probably doing her best to recover from the lack of attention that was given - but at this point, it is too far gone. This place is not worth the rent. Look elsewhere!

My experience wasn't the best. The cleanliness of the apartment Hallways we're not kept up as they should of been. The walls are super then which leads to a lot of unwanted noise from either the top and bottom. The parking garage is terrible. There's always someone not paying attention while they are coming and going through the garage. The hallways have a odor to them. The carpets are rarely cleaned.

The community it self is beautiful and the apartment home I am in is beautiful. However, the walls are super thin, I can hear my neighbors microwave and phone alarm every morning. The parking garage is not secure. With being right off a major interstate freeway there should be a guard in monitoring the property. We've hadore than 7 vehicles get their tires and rims stolen off their cars and placed on bricks...days after each other. And we are told to take security precautions. How about you all take more security precautions. Other buildings in the area have guards. Do the cameras work? Who knows. There is a door on the outside of the building that is broken and anyone can walk in, their resolution is to place a hunting camera up instead of repairing things, the doors in the garage leading into the building also do not work. Specifically the fifth and sixth floor door closest to the freight elevator. All in the staff is friendly and if you aren't asking them about security they're relatively quick to respond.

I really love this apartment complex. Since new management took over there have been a lot of great changes and I see that they're doing everything they can to keep this apartment complex clean and updated.

It is good, just wish the elevators would be in operation more often. They seemed to be not working most of the time. They stay broke down too long. It makes it real difficult for guest. Sometimes both elevators are broke at the same time and that is really a problem when it takes weeks to fix

When voicing concerns on negative incidents occurring, the leasing and management staff do not take your concerns seriously nor listen to your concerns thus the incidents keep occurring. The gym and access doors have been inoperable and they continue to access fees. Cars being broken into. Animal feces on the carpeted hallway
