Luis is an exceptional service provider. I have always thought this but now I am truly in awe. He saw me in the lobby fretting over a lost phone. I thought it might be in the trash shoot. He stopped what he was doing and began helping me troubleshoot. When we ran out of other ideas, he offered to help me, even if it meant he would have to sort through the first floor dumpster. It didn't come to that, but I felt truly cared for. Kudos to you, Luis! You do a fantastic job.

I am in the process of moving to Houston for a two-year work assignment and was in need of finding an apartment. It’s been years since I’ve been apartment hunting so I was looking for any and all assistance. My employer had aligned me with a company that handled such assignments. I was given five different properties plus had another lead through a work colleague. My first appointment was with Camden Post Oak located at 1200 Post Oak Blvd. Not knowing what to expect, I was open minded. I was greeted in the foyer and promptly escorted to one of their meeting rooms. There I met with Danielle, Business Relations Specialist. After discussing my requirements, Danielle spent the next two hours reviewing various floors plans, showing me no less than 7 different open apartments, answering any and all questions ranging from the amenities to monthly fees. To say that I was impressed, with not only the property, but the superior service provided by Danielle is an understatement. I felt very much as though this was more than just showing another customer what was available. The personal touch was very much present appreciated. Over the next two days, I saw the other properties. Knowing that I had a return flight to catch, I reached out once again to Danielle to see if I could drop by (with virtually no notice) to see the apartment that I had set my sights on. Without an appointment, she was more than accommodating in that she once again walked me through the space as well as showed me the model that offered up ideas as to what the space would look like furnished. Fast forward to today. I will be moving into this property and very much looking forwarding to my time in Houston. Without hesitation, Camden Post Oak and Danielle made the decision easy. Thank you! Camden Post Oak is a beautiful property, staffed with people showing the highest quality of customer service. Deena Z. is an amazing leasing consultant and a wonderful person to work with. As one shopping for a 2-bedroom, I presented her with a challenging client who is very excited about living at Camden Post Oak, but one who is very particular in what I was looking for. After enjoying living at another Camden property for years, I knew that I would enjoy living at Camden Post Oak, but I had some important needs to fill. Deena spent a lot of time with me as I looked at a few apartments. She was always so patient and positive with me that she never made me feel as if I was a bother. She always shows her sincere care, professionalism and true interest in helping me the find the apartment I was looking for. She has consistently expressed that she is happy to work with me. It has been rare that I have met an apartment consultant so excited to meet her clients’ needs. I consider her a valuable contributor to Camden and anyone of their clients in need of a leasing consultant!

Camden Post Oak Is such beautiful community with the most incredible staff and location within walking distance to amazing dinning and shopping. Deena is so professional and knowledgeable and the best by far! If you are looking for great customer service and the best place to live ... make sure to ask for Deena Z...she will take great care of you!

Beautiful apartment near the Galleria. I have lived here for over 3 years. The staffs are very delight and the service is very prompt. There is 24 hours converge and valet service. Then, I feel that is safety place. Danielle is smart and kind leasing staff. She is very helpful when I ask question. I highly recommend this apartment.
