Disgusting human beings. I hope your occupancy rate drops dramatically , have some compassion in this world. People are dying and all your worried about is rent money. No one rent from this complex they are busy doing the devils work

Overall apartment is ok other then bed bugs.landlord Alexius will is kinda rude with no people communication skills. Instead of talking to to people she demand people to do it. Tennis court always locked nothing for kids to do she fell everybody she stay inside or only on patio like we're not neighbors or a community parking have got worse then before to break a lease due to unprofessional ;t recommend even with ok rental price.

Aparts have improved a great deal, No hanging out, no loud noise, very rare to see the children playing, other than the minor issues that you would have with any complex rainy meadows is great for the price,

This is the worst apts they are infested with bed bugs...

I wanted to move ma few of my employees over here but after speaking to some of the tenants about the landlord ------, I changed my mind, quickly may I add. They stated that she is unprofessional, demeaning behavior that although good tenants pay the rent, they are penalized for the bad. I actually called and spoke to her and she seems to not have a clue on personal communication, she speaks at you and not with you, clearly lacking good communication skills. If I were the owner, I would look for a long term manager of the property to ensure that my property continues to thrive in the next months and years. Bad management travels with word of mouth and trust me, being a business owner, I can tell you, once your reputation is compromised, it is hard to get back. She does not sound very intelligent, it appears as if she struggles to keep the quality of her words and for me that is non-negotiable. I own a business and my employees usually live in an apartment for about 6 months before heading out to another assignment, however a friend of mine told me I could probably save some money by going with this community. I have decided against that and went right across the street and am looking forward to doing business with them.

The apartments are so ------ and trashy. They are roach infested, they do not check background on people that lives there. Any body will get approved for an apartment in Rainy Meadows. Lets not talk about the maintenance, they don't fix a dam thing. They wait tell you leave to come in your house. The water bill is high nothing less than $85. That is a high water bill for an apartments. The Manager she is very rude. I would not waste my time and money at this place. If your ------ and like to live in the hood this is where you need to be. But if you have things going for your self. I will not waste my time and money is these apartments. I am breaking my lease.

I will never ever live here again , the new manger is mean the old manger Mike and Toya were stealing, HPD is always here and this place has just really gone down. Im tired of it and want out of my lease

I totally agree with all the reviews; however the new manager now say that she is the old manager...I know she is not on point, not fair and very uniformed and not professional.Alexis Laysard speaks loud to intimidate the tenant,from requesting maintenance! Please Somebody else, report this property. They don't have a playground,(kids running everywhere) people are sitting and lounging in front of thier apartments...people hanging out on the property drinking..etc........

I moved out at the end of 2011 and by the time I went to pick up my deposit, I was surprised to find new management who refused to give me half my deposit that was held because of the last managements poor record keeping (they had charged me late fees when I had made payments on time and I had proof). Mike, the manager, told me an employee stole $20,000 from the company and that's why they were fired and I couldn't expect to get my money back. Although that was their problem, not mine, I had to suffer for it. Management does not take responsibility and they do not value customer service. I had called every week asking for my refund and he would continuously tell me he'll email his manager and for me to call back later. If you have a problem, Mike will appear helpful and nice but will lead you on to believe something is getting done when it's not gonna happen. AND with an attitude if you push his buttons! After I reported him to BBB, he told me he wasn't going to help me anymore. I told him this is business, why take it personal? I lived there only 6 months and its true that the tennis court is always locked, water bill was always about $45 (and I lived alone) and the office has inconsistent opening hours. They are open some saturdays, but not on a schedule. The fact that this company has gone through so many new managements says something about the one hiring them (Kenneth Simon whose office is in Ohio). If you are looking for an apartment, skip this one or pay the consequences...

This property sucks, management always change, the bats are bad and there are roaches. The Management is ALWAYS gone and now their requesting rent in cash. Stay far away please dont do it to your family dont move here!
