Absolutely the worst place ever roaches every where have asked them several times to come fumigate the apt and nothing has been done my apt has been broken into 2 times nothing was done about it we were promised to get moved to a different apt and nothing the grass never gets cut tall grass which means mosquitoes yet they expect the rent on time but can't keep there tenants happy the staff is very RUDE especially there so called assistant manager. I hate this place I can't wait till my lease is up

New management is great. They are very pleasant. I notice that individuals that are not residents are being forced off property.

I have lived here for the past 18 years and the new management change has greatly improved and made a positive impact in the short amount of time they have been here.

Absolutely the worse place I have ever lived! DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT MOVE HERE I MOVED HERE I 2011 THEY HAVE NOTHING TO OFFER BUT HIGH RENT NO POOLS NO DECENT PLAY GROUNDS NO SECURITY THE GROUNDS ARE ALWAYS TRASHY THE DRIVE WAY HAS POT HOLES THAT TEAR UP UR VEHICLE I WAS CONSTANTLY BEING HARASSED BY THE LADY THST LIVED DOWN STAIRS AND HER FAMILY THAT ALSO LIVED ON GROUNDS I REPORTED IT TO THE OFFICE AND THEY DONE NOTHING .MY CENTRAL HEATING SND COOLING SYSTEM HAS BEEN BROKEN FOR TWO WEEKS I HAVE CALLED SEVERALAND ALL I GOT WAS A BUNCH OF LIES WHEN THE SO CALLED MAINTENANCE SHOWED UP HE FIXED IT TO WHERE THE AIR OR HEAT WOULDNT COME ON IT WAS 39 DEGREES OUTSIDE AND MY KIDS AND I HAD NO HEAT !! I COULD GO ON AND ON BUT I THINK U GET THE PICTURE

HAVEN'T HAD THE BEST EXPERIENCE HERE AT THESE APARTMENTS. TOO MANY ROACHES,YOU CAN CLEAN AND SCRUB WITH BLEACH ALL DAY BUT THE ROACHES END UP PUTTING YOU OUT!! MY REFRIDGERATOR HAS GONE OUT MULTIPLE TIMES AND HAVE YET TO GET IT REPLACED. HOMELESS MAN SLEEPS IN MY DUPLEX STAIRWELL (VERY UNSAFE)!! THINK TWICE BEFORE LIVING HERE... THE ONLY *PLUS SIDE* ABOUT THESE APARTMENTS IS THAT ITS ALL UTILITIES PAID AT A VERY REASONABLE PRICE.. CABLE INCLUDED.. BUT SEEING THAT THEY'RE OLD APARTMENTS,THEY ARE VERY INFESTED.

I have lived here since 2000, it is a great place. The management is good the maintenance is right on time.The kids can paly outside and not be afraid that they will be shot or ran over. At noght the property is well lite and you just feel safe living here. the rent is afforable due to the all bills paid status. Free cable is a great plus. Would not think of movine any where else not at this time any how. Money well spent!!!!

nieghbors r good staff is good and overall good place to live even gangbangers have enough respect for elders and children i miss livein there regret moveing to north side were all wanabe gangbangers tink they gota act hard

The woman who handles leasing the apartments, Franchella Williams needs to find a new job. She aparently thinks other people's time is not valuable and is rude.

I would recommend these apartments because me and my daughter stayed here for 3 years until late 2005...I am a single mother and it's hard to feel safe...the apartments are older and kids play outside alot...my daughter went to the headstart program they had for preschool and she loved it, the apartments are decent size and the mainenance was always very promt with any requests I had, they came to fix anything the same day...my leasing agent was very very nice....all apartments have bad things I guess, but me and my daughter were always happy there, the security walked the grounds daily and nightly....the only thing is that I stayed on the side where you have to show your ID when you drive in and they write your liscense plate number down....sure they let some pass at times... but my overall rating for this place is i high 8
