Mi experiencia en Trails at Rock Creek fue excelente. Lo recomiendo al 1000%. El lugar es espectacular, el acceso y la cercanía a todo lo que puedo necesitar es perfecto, se vive tranquilo, la zona es segura. El complejo tiene áreas comunes que permiten relajarse mucho. El personal muy amable y eficiente, si hablas español, tienes un extraordinario y eficiente apoyo. El mantenimiento impecable y de respuesta inmediata. . Me mudo de estado y por eso me retiro, pero si tuviese que volver a Houston, elegiría de nuevo esta propiedad.

I've been a living here for almost 3 years now and this is hands down the best experience i've ever had. The neighbors are quiet, the landscaping is well trimmed, and the maintenance is always on point - any issues i've had are taken care of within 1 or 2 days even if it's for little things.

I just moved out :-( I hated to leave but my job is forcing me to relocate. I hope to be back next year!! First time ever living at a community with a lazy river. I don't think I could ever go back to a regular pool LOL..!! The office people were very cool and helpful. Food Truck days were the best!! I will surely miss Rock Creek!!

The grounds are kept nice and the office staff is great. Grae Myers is always so helpful. Christmas was beautiful at the complex, all of the residents put up lights and made it a really special atmosphere. I have only been here for about 3 weeks but only good things to say so far. If I had one thought it would be to mark a few more visitor spaces. They get taken very quickly. So far it's been a good experience!

I've been a resident at Trails for 3-ish years. I am quite and keep to myself, but I can say that the staff is incredibility helpful whenever I've needed them for packages, maintenance requests or just anything really. My prior apartments changed management twice in ONE YEAR! They were so disorganized and could care less about their residents and here I feel a sincere level of care. The apartments are nice, its quiet, and the neighbors are cool. Also good places to eat close by like The Backyard Grill. I think the interiors could use a bit more updating like kitchen back splash?? IDKbBut that's not a deal breaker for me. Comfort and price, and being close the the park and ride is important for me.

5 Stars, we love it here! Grae and the Trails at Rock Creek team are wonderful anytime we need anything. Clean (pro recycling) environment helping us get better at being green, peaceful nature all around, friendly neighbors, awesome pools, smooth process moving in. We couldn't have asked for a better transition and place to be in Nw Houston. Also, the location is close to all essentials needed in regular life. Awesome job guys! Keep it up. ????

You just cannot find any community better for the price. I have spent 25 years in the apartment business and have done my research. This property is different than the rest by far. Move in and find out for yourself. This property IS NOT FOR SALE. Been owned and managed by the same folks for many many years. The staff changes but not as often as everywhere else. Very minimal changes in staffing which is KEY. The apartment is updated and modern but can we talk about the never ending amenities WOW. When you live here you truly are at a luxury retreat/resort. Pictures online do not do it justice. I post pics on Facebook and people comment where are you at vacation at? I say I'm at home in the lazy river pool at my community. If one of the 4 pools are being worked on ...no biggie go to the three others. All have beautiful landscaping and refreshing waterfalls. There is much much more beautiful white sand volleyball courts, tennis courts, Jacuzzi, two clubhouses for parties and two workout centers . Very convenient lockers for 24 hour package pick up.computer center complementary coffee bar and party's all the time. We just had a summer pool party at the Lazy River Pool with catered Bar B Que beer and snow cone truck. The landscaping is the most immaculate I have ever seen in an apartment community. 53 acres of shaded walking areas and designated walking trails inside the community as well. Auto Spa center as well. When you come home you almost do not have to leave everything is here. My home sweet home. #IlovemyTrailsatRockCreek:)

They are shutting the water off for maintenance for almost an entire week. I asked for a discount on rent, and they said no. I asked for the corporate number, and Daisy said they would just send me back to her. Called corporate, and they said they would take it up with a regional manager. Let's see if anything actually happens...

Trails at Rock Creek goes all out to make sure residents receive a luxury experience, feel safe, and feel heard through quick replies and solutions for any request you have. Whether you have a family or not they give u a resort feeling.

Anytime I have had an issue, it has been taken care of immediately. All of the office staff and maintenance team are wonderful, professional and pleasant. I love the socials that are coordinated for the residents through out the year...especially the sip and paint. :-) Thank you all for contributing to making our life at home peaceful.
