Just moved in, but already love the apartment. It's quiet at night and a very convenient location. The grounds are kept very clean, and the pool and workout areas are fantastic. I would recommend this community to everyone.

Very very convenient for us prices where accurate and we received contact from community within 48 hours which stood out for me, the community is very very peaceful very diverse lots of kids enjoying their life and playing with each other. Very welcoming and comfortable

Ive lived here on and off since 2000 so ive seen a lot of different faces in the office. My most recent stay has been from 2015-present and I have to say since 2016 yalls choices for office personnel has been without a doubt the absolute worst and most unprofessional staff ive ever had the displeasure of dealing with.

I love that it is very quiet and close to hwy 290. The staff is very friendly and the maintenance finished work very quickly. Thanks guys! My neighbor are friendly. I can't wait for the summer so I can go for a swim in the pool.

Overall quick and easy move in, I enjoyed doing the whole leasing process online. The staff I spoke with was very friendly as well as helpful. The parking is kind of limited unless you pay for a decent parking spot, which is annoying.

The apartment is very good, the staffs are very friendly n very helpful. Location is very near to many shopping centers as well as food points. Complaints are very soon handled. Easy access to come n get out of the complex. Quiet n safe neighborhood most importantly.

Love everything so far! Leasing staff is great, my apartment is quiet and spacious and perfect. Very happy so far. The price is amazing for what the community offers. I love how clean everything is also.

The property is super friendly to all pets, there is even a dog park! There baggie stations around the complex. I can sit and take a break while my fur baby plays! The pool ares is fun and safe. Hot tub and BBQ!

Great office personnel. They take care of any problems no matter how large or small with great efficiency. The property maintenance personnel perform their duties in a timely manner and fix things right the first time.

So far my experience has been okay. Have had a couple complications during the stay but other than that, so far it has been okay. I have not yet gotten to the apartment concerning these complications but I will in the near future.
