I dont appreciate the nasty roaches and ----. Had a neighbor whos a peepin tom and would look at the ladies i bring over. It was creepy but nobody bothers you.

Well I lived here about 9 months... it was infested with roaches - there were dead roaches in the fridge when I moved in. The price is cheap/affordable, so if you are experiencing hard times - this is among the better places in its class. The people in the community were alright. I never had much trouble with neighbors, most people kept to themselves. They only seemed to have one maintenance guy for the whole complex - he seemed like he was doing the best he could, but they were definitely understaffed. Generally high office staff to field staff ratio. The roach situation can be tempered, but you have to be diligent. Use roach gel on a bi-monthly basis. Set roach traps and lay down boric acid. Don't put food in the cabinets. Keep everything inside plastic containers. Don't use the lower cabinets for anything - keep them empty. Don't leave food out. Throw your trash out every day... In summary: good considering the price if you do your own pest control.

Don't move in. The property manager is rude and don't give a ---- about you. They just want your money. Their headquarter is in Miami, and no one will pick up the phone to talk to you if you call them. Don't forget your guns if you decided to move in.

They never answer their phones , unprofessional, the new boss lazy as ever, their never in the office, the New Orleans chick always high..the apartment itself is nice that's all

The staff is ------. There is a big woman employee who is very rude and disrespectful to some of the tenants. She told my friend to move out by the end of January. There was no notice on his door or anything in writing about him moving out. To top it off she is constantly threatening him telling him she hired undercover police to watch his house violating his constitutional rights as a U.S. citizen. What she is doing is against the law and we will take Copper Cove to court.

I just wanted to view the apartment that was available for immediate move in. The male agent that showed me the apartment was rude, he was walking really fast and ahead of me, he didn't give me any information as we walked around the entire complex, only to approach an unfinished apartment: no outlets were covered, the fridge had mold on the inside and was painted on the inside freezer, the stove burners were not connected, the kitchen light cover was on the floor. I was told it was move in ready. When we returned to the office, it was around the corner put the gate. I asked why did he take me the long way and he says exercise is good for you. It was 35 degrees out. I WILL NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPLEX TO ANYONE.

I recently received the keys to my apartment and its nowhere either in living conditions nor move in condition. It's suppose to be an upgraded apartment and the upgrades are poorly done. The staff are terriblely unprofessional. They'll tell you that your apartment will be ready by a certain date but it never was. Days were passing and it still wasn't ready. When I finally get the keys nothing was done. Don't waste your time here.

------!!!! This place is horrible! It's roach infested and managed by a ------ fabulous individual who calls her tenants trash to other tenants. They won't fix anything and tried to make me pay for repairs to my door after my door was kicked in. The windows are not properly secured and they refuse to fix that. The manager acts as if she is God and talks down to renters. Stay away from this place!!!!! Jeff is the only good thing this property has going for them.

Run with all your might! Roaches roaches roaches and more ROACHES. These apartments are infested with roaches. The refrigerator has two different color handles with some big ole screws holding them on. Pest control does not work for these roaches because the roaches are laying eggs in the rotten cabinets they have in the kitchen. It has been pure hell over here. Fighting all the time! Weed smoking, rude ------ acting people. These apartments are atrocious! Don't move here, you will regret it. I have cried many days because of this decision. No peace at all. My neighbors cut there hair on the stairs and leave the hair there. They spit cold right in front your door. They throw trash everywhere. the office staff, especially is a ------ as I dont know what, no people skills. i wont call no names but one of them cant look you in your eyes when you talk to her. The manager that was here when i first moved in asked me if she was going to have problems getting her money from me. for the life of me i dont know why she would ask me that. ive never been late paying my rent anywhere... Thank God.The neighbors electricity was cut and she ran a extension cord down stairs to an outlet outside so she could get electricity. I could go on. But, that's what I get for being cheap. I'm going to pay the money for a decent apartment so I can have a peace of mind!
