Overall I am happy living here. Maintenance has been exceptional. The only thing negative is the roach infestation. We are charged monthly for Pest Control but none is being done. Please rectify this situation

The units needs to be updated, base boards are worn and dirty, I was moved into an apartment that smelled like smoke and paint, mantaince is really good with repairs and doing it fast, but over all the price of the rent does not match the way the unit looks.

The office staff was very friendly and made me feel at ease when I came in to the leasing office for my appointment to see them and talk to them about moving in. The leasing manager was very helpful in helping me out and getting me into my new apartment.

The people in the office is very nice and the maintenance people are so professional. I have not had any problems over the years with any thing pertaining to the property. The two bedroom two bathroom

My experience here at the community have been a wonderful experience.From signing my lease and move in. Everyone was very helpful and nice.And when I needed assist with things they guide me in the right direction.

I spoke with Asaf about a few maintenance issues that needed attention and he assured me he would handle them the next day. Well….Asaf was a man of his word. Asaf did not leave until every issue was resolved. I really appreciate that he answered all of my questions. Thank you Mr. Asaf You did a great job.

I have been living in Driscoll Place for over 7 years. I have nothing but good things to say about living here. The managing staff is great. The maintenance staff is always on time. I would recommend anyone looking for a great place to stay. this is it.

There are mice here. There's a dead one outside that I called about 3 times. No one wants to touch it I guess. I was offered a new apartment but I didn't and still don't have help to move. I'm in a one bedroom and the utilities are extremely high it's getting to the point I won't be able to pay. Pay for pest control and when I called to have extermination twice, no one came I know because I work at home and I was here so I just stopped calling and started buying my own pest control stuff. I've never had any bad encounters with the office staff maybe once or twice, but everybody has their days I guess. I want to move really bad. My are bad over here and they caused really bad health problems. No one seems to want to do anything about it and it's just sad.

The main reason I moved into this apartment was the leasing manager Ms.Inez she is amazing and caring. Only downfall is the building needs work. Applications can do an upgrade but overall I have friends come over and say my apartment complex is more comfortable, clean and maintain then where they live and paying 3 times what I pay

Pues muy bien , lugar c?modo por lo grande tengo las escuelas cerca bastante tranquilo , muy bonita comunidad . Tambi?n me gusta caminar tengo un bayu para hacerlo . Tambi?n el personal tanto administrativo y de mantenimiento son excelentes.
