My experience is a bit of Amazing. Its staff here that love us as Residents and ensure we're safe and taken care of with the level of satisfaction. Management is the best she make sure everyone is great and happy to apart of the community.

This apartment complex is very student and low income friendly. The leasing staff are always helpful in making sure your package is there waiting for you. Make sure you are honest with your payments..

For the most part things are repaired. The biggest problem I see is CARS HAVING THERE TIRES BEING STOLEN, NEED SECURITY. For the most part things are okay living here. The office personnel are nice and has addressed any problems I've had. My car was stolen from here as well.

There is a hole in the pavement at the exit to the property that needs to be filled. The speed bumps need to be rebuilt, the broken ones cut into tires. There are limbs on the car coverings that fall off.

The apartments are very affordable - quiet ample parking for paying or to not pay for the parking spot the neighbors are quiet stay to theirselves walking distance to all 3 schools Elementary,Middle and the high school

Peaceful and rent is decent and able to afford to live in this complex. Maintenance team do there jobs Effectively and efficiently well. They able to fix the problem to the best of there abilities and Complex attendance are very welcoming

Moving to Bristol Apartments has been a true blessing. I'm thankful for the professionalism of the office staff during the application process and the prompt service when I've needed maintenance repairs. The staff also responds promptly to emails.

Terrible! They also will tow you without warning spoke to management and they could careless. I visited my mother in law whom fell ill and ran in to check on her, when we came out my vehicle was gone.

I have had the worst experience the Erica Quintanilla that works in office. The few times I have gone in the office I had to deal with her and her attitude. the last I had to tell her I was done dealing with her because it never failed I would go to either turn my money order in or had questions she would be rude. She tried to deny it but as I can see on other reviews I'm not the only one. They have also lost my money order and had to pay about $1400 in one month. I have put in a complain to the apartment association and corp. and still have not seen any actions.

These apartments are no good. They fix outside to make it appealing but does nothing on inside. The management sucks. Every 6 to 12 months they change owners. And each owner get worse and worse. They raise your rent in middle of your lease after you signed contract. You be better off not to move here. Crime rate high. No security. Though they lie and say we do. A mess. Laundry room you never have all washers or dryers working. They don't clean clothes good at all. They use to be a great place to stay until this new company and new manager.
