I've been a resident of Bristol since November of 2007 to the present . I can't say I've had a bad experience there yet.Like in any apartment complex you will have to deal with good and bad neighbours.It's all up to you how you handle it.The staff has been nothing but kind and respectful to me.The maintance depart is a little slow about coming out and fixing things so they can use some improvement on that...I did have a problem with my toilet over flowing into my apartment, they didn't magically make my problem didn't just disappear over night but they handled it in a timely manner....---- happens... As far as the break-ins it can happen to anyone at anytime, that's why you stop being cheap and purchase $10-$20 a month apartment insurance, to secure your own ----.Come on people we're living in " Greater GREENSPOINT "

Greetings Viewers! Bristol Apartments is a ------ Luxury, kids are every where. The parents could care less about the weel-being of their kids in this complex. Not to mention the office staff...------ Fabulos, very unprofessional, late feedback with maintance request. however, when i first moved to the Bristol I was very pleased, thus, Ms.Barbarah was running things then. She had things under control! It has been said that there has been a few break ins...please don't forget about the pest problem that I have..it has gotten out of control here lately. Grown men hanging all outside...like this is a town hall meeting in the Bristol...I just really feel unsafe in this complex.

I lived in the Bristol from January 07-January 08. I had a one bedroom, when I first moved in I was very pleased it was clean I had a attached garage I had a upstairs unit and my building was right by the entrance gate. Then reality set in about twon months later......I never had a problem with my apartment it's the office people. Angela is about the only nice one in there but she's they're peasant. The white lady (manager) with all the make up packed on her face had a extremely bad attitude (she's gone now) and Kiya too (shes gone now) Angela is still there but she has a mexican manager now Lalisa and she is a rude --- popper! She very unprofessional, when I moved out in January 08 I didnt get my deposit back until April 08. I too was not given the number to MANAGEMENT but I know someone who knows someone and I got the number in March and had to let them know what was going on with my deposit and they sent it to me. The apartment are nice but they have gotten really ------ and the office people are B******!!!! If you ------ fabulous these might work for you but I had to leave....I'm in the woodlands now and I love it! DONT PLAN TO WASH OR WORK OUT CUZ ITS ALWAYS LOCKED UP AND THE ------ KIDS ALWAYS BREAKING THE S*** UP.

My apartment was broken into this week and the manager would not even talk to me. She is probably avoiding me because I see her come into my night club and shake her --- with all kinds of different men.Stay away. I moved here to re-establish my income because this apartments are for low income people, and I was treated like crap. I was told that management has changed 3 times within a year. They are refusing to let me out my lease. I have never had this happen to me where someone has come into my home and violated my privacy and take things that were precious to me and ------------ or who I like to call ----------- has done nothing.

Have placed numerous service orders to change my A/C vents this week. Have also placed an order to have my sink looked at. Have also placed MANY orders to have pest control come out. I am not a dirty person, but I have small roaches in my kitchen. Do you think they have responded to any of this.....No!!! I have been calling them everyday to see when they will come out. They keep saying that they will be there today. They still haven't come. I spoke with one of the other tenants who told me to call the Management Company and then they will be less slowful. So I called the office to get the number to the Managent company. Do you know that they wouldn't give me the number??? So I just looked it up on the internet. I will update the page to let you know what's going on. I am concidering moving if it gets any worse.

This is the first apartment i have ever lived in and it is the WORSE....my apartment got broken into once and took all my expensive belongings. They kicked down my door to where i could not close it anymore. When i contacted maintenance they came out and put the same peices back together with some white goop! When i complained about the bad job they said well mam if someone is going to break in your apartment they are going to do it anyways. HORRIBLE SERVICE. About a week later someone tried breaking in while we were there. Couple days later my husbands truck was broken into. Not too much after that my car was broken into. Then just recently someone tried breaking into my apartment AGAIN but did not succeed. They jammed my locks and i had to get out through my garage, when i reported it to maintenance they took over 2 weeks to fix it. Till this day my door looks like ----. Please do not make a mistake and rent here. Its ------ and when i rented i had no idea they are governement assisted apartments. THOSE ARE THE WORSE

Heard of alot of tenants had their places break into. And also had intruders tried to breaking into my apt. Maintnance changed my lock but they did not fix the door from the damages. All they had to say about what happened is that if intruders wanted to get in they will get in no matter what. And their is nothing they can do. My lease is almost over can't wait to get out of here. Another thing... employees in the office are so rude they do not know how to speak total gettoness!!!

TO EVERYONE WHO MOVES INTO BRISTOL BEWARE OF THE CRAZY -----!!! HER NAME IS ----------- ------ AND SHE IS A FATAL ATRRACTION HOE!!!!!! SHE DOESN'T WORK ALL SHE DOES IS CHASE MEN, SELL DRUGS, AND LIE TO THE POLICE. IF SHE IS A NEIGHBOR TO U OR IF U KNOW HER YOU WOULD ALSO KNOW SHE'S BISEXUAL AND SLEEPS WITH BOTH MEN AND WOMEN LONG AS SHE CAN STALK U SHE WILL. SHE'S A RED DIRTY LOW CLASS ------ WELFARE CRAZY ----- AND SHE'S FINE WITH THAT POINT IN LIFE. JUST TO LET U KNOW WORD OF WARNING IF U MOVE THERE BEWARE OF THE CRAZY -----!!!!!!!!!!

My first visit, the staff was very profesional, helpful,organized. I have not moved in just yet, so I'm hoping my stay at the Bristol will be a pleasure. I road by the apartments at nighttime as far I can tell there was no haning out. I hope not that will be a plus. Until then I will keep you guys posted!
