I love my apartment. The complex is clean and quiet. The gate is always working. The leasing process was quick, I will most likely renew my lease. Whenever I have an issue maintenance always responds quickly. Love it here.

Its been great...really have no complaints. Maintenance takes care of my issue with no problem, its pretty quiet and clean so I'm good. The sprinklers have some kind of chemical in it other than water which leaves spots on my car but other than that I'm good.

Experience has gotten better since my original move in. My unit wasn't as clean as expected but all is good now. I like my unit location for the most part neighbors are good. I wish trash or trash system would be better.

Until now my experience have been great. James explains very well all I need to know to take my final decision. In fact, he is so kind that I went back the day after meeting him so that my roommate could see the apartment and he very kindly gave us a complete tour again.

It's a beautiful and a wonderful community apartment was a delightful experience. We bonded over BBQs, supported each other with groceries, and shared countless laughs, creating a true home away from home.

Prompt when issues arise. Ive had a good experience so far while living at the property. Maintenance is great. The property is beautiful. The residents are always out enjoying outside and amenities. Every one seems to enjoy living here

It has been a good day experience thus far except for one of the incidents where one of my packages was stolen. I think this community should have an overnight security guard, just to make sure things are in order.

It was pleasant and effective. The staff was always there to answer any questions or concerns. Always made me feel welcomed. The apartment was in top shape condition with quality appliences. I would recommend these apartments

So secure neighborhood. Nica apartaments recently renovated. Nice and clean pool with bbq area. The lobby is cute. Pest control is periodically done to keep the place clean. Its good to be here and is close to restaurants an diferent stores
