They allow undesirable people into the apartments and out by the pool. The staff over the last year was very unprofessional. Moved to a more professional environment.

My husband and I looked for a little over a month, before deciding on One Park Place. During that time we visited One Park Place 4 times. Each time, we were greeted by the staff and treated like we already lived there. Everyone is so friendly from the concierge, maintenance, to the management office. Superb services all the way around. Yes there are a few new high rises opening, but I think I will stay here at One Park Place. I have not found another home where the staff will do just about ANYTHING to help out. Check out the pool, another reason to live here. They allow 2 guests per resident at the pool. In my opinion, I think this is amazing so that all who pay to live here can enjoy the beautiful pool without the worry of over crowding and rowdy bunches. Phoenicia Food Market is connected to the building- which is lovely. Rarely do I cook, so I love that i can take the elevator down and pop into the market for some warm food! Not to mention all of the room services offered to you if you are a resident. ALL AROUND GREAT PLACE TO LIVE. Much appreciation to the staff.

I have lived in OPP for 5 years but recently needed more space, and the management staff found a larger unit for me in the same complex. The tenant who was vacating the larger unit had agreed to move, but at the last minute decided to stay for an additional month which caused many significant problems with my schedule. The OPP management team moved heaven and earth to make it work for us and we were able to move in on the date originally scheduled. I have found this type of service to be typical for this operation. They watch out for all the tenants and make sure everything is taken care of. Although the building is in excellent shape, when maintenance is required, it is always taken care of on the day of the request. On one occasion I asked maintenance to clean out a faucet, and when I got home, I found they had not only cleaned out the faucet but also replaced a shower head that I had not even mentioned. Again, typical of the service provided. Location is fantastic, close to park, restaurants, nightlife. Very quiet building and everyone respects the rights and privacy of others. I highly recommend OPP to any future residents.

One Park Place is by far the best and well kept community I have ever lived at and I do not know of any in Houston that compare. The staff is exceptional, the upkeep is exceptional, and you would never know you have immediate neighbors as you never hear any noise from other units. I can't say enough good things about our experience here at One Park Place, class act all the way around. Austin
