Ok before it was good but now it is getting bad and prices are too you ask For any deals to reduce price or any additional Amenities like snooker or bluntly say no we won't do it

Nice quite place very clean . Staff and maintenance team are great. Love it because it's close to the major highways and roads . I can literally get off the interstate which is interstate 10 . Not to much traffic you can take several different ways to get here.

The community is great! There could be a more consistent cleaning of the foyer and landings outside each apartment, it's often dirty with fluids and foods spilling from garbage. I will say I'm dissatisfied with the way At&t damaged my walls during the recent installations they did throughout the complex, no one has yet to come fix the paint and cracks left in the wall

Since I moved into my apartment, I have been pleased. The front office staff has always been courteous and helpful, the maintenance staff are respectful and respond quickly when work orders have been submitted.

It's been a wonderful experience living on property. I've had management change 3 times with my 4years on the property. With each change of course changes came along with it. The community has changed A LOT with this new management Haven. I mean A LOT communication response need attention from upper management & the rate increase for Market is ridiculous when there has been no improvements around the property or within the apartments. When you renew your renewing for no upgrade to what you've been in the whole time.
