The personnel helped me since I arrived in Westmount at London Park, the towing company is more efficient now and the maintenance crew is good when I need it quick and good communication I like it a lot

ZERO Stars if I could. This was the absolute worst apartment I've ever stayed at. Save your frustrations and go down the street to Parc @ Champions or Azul. This is my experience living in this POS. Lets start by saying I started the moving process online, I originally got the 10 month lease that was available online. On move in day, Natalie says they didn't have the 10 month only a 13 month which didn't make sense because why would they give me an option online???. They moved me into 1811, I kid you not they literally moved me in without doing anything to the apartment when the other tenant moved out, they moved me into a roach infested dirty apartment that wasn't repaired, dirty carpets, cabinets falling off hinges, bottom of dishwasher falling off. It was horrible, the manager Elaine then proceeded to tell me that bugs in apartments is normal, I literally couldn't sleep. I have lived at 3 apartment complexes prior and never had a pest issue. Im too clean to live with bugs. I made a big deal about it and the regional manager ended up transferring me to 1807, this apartment was the "renovated unit" or so they say. When I moved in and walked the unit, it seemed better than 1811 but as the days went by I noticed everyday roaches coming from behind the fridge, under the oven, in wash room, COCKROACHES coming up from drain, BIG ASSS WOLF SPIDERS coming down the chimney, centipedes in kitchen, spiders, ants, any and every kind of bug was there. Termites coming out of walls, inside kitchen light structure, in closet light structure. IT WAS DISGUSTING AND IT DROVE ME CRAZY!!! The pest control is trash and those bugs love that juice. Cause that's what it is. Multiple plumbing leaks, damaged the carpet, molded out the closet, it was literally a pool of water sitting in the inside of the wall with a dead frog in it??? WTF?? The ceiling in the restroom above my shower, opened up and leaked water when the man upstairs took a shower. IT WAS DISGUSTING. His dirt and bodily fluids falling all on my body wash and shower items. I felt tortured staying there!! I also had a problem with Elaine knocking on my door telling me its raggedy having a closed bag with a diaper outside that I put out overnight to take out the next morning. She literally told me they don't want it looking raggedy but it wasn't raggedy moving me into that dirty --- apartment?, or how raggedy the entire apartment complex is? Lol it was a joke. She made a big deal due to --------- moving in across from me but when I moved in, she didn't have the same energy to ensure my apartment wasn't "Raggedy" . The office staff call themselves getting mad at me but imagine being tortured at the place you called home. No accountability or nothing. Save your time, your frustrations, your money and go down the street to TC Jester/Bammel. The proof is in the pictures. My experience here at Westmount at London Park was excellent and they have really good prices for the size. Leasing staff is really knowledgeable and helpful specially for first time renters. we were clueless and they explained the whole process good

The employees here are very welcoming and understanding. As first time apartment renters we were scarce to rent but the employees here made it very easy and stress free for us to apply and not worry about anything. It was also very convenient to us that we can pay and add our information without being there.

No hay nada mejor que bien servicio al cliente desde que nos mudamos todos han sido muy amables en la oficina y el equipo de mantenimiento rápido si necesitamos algo. Estoy feliz con el apartamento los recomiendo mucho

Staff and maintenance have improved over the years, they are getting some upgrades in the apartments and the reserved parking spots come in handy, I really enjoy living here for 4 years already. Talk with them and they listen!

Really great community I can’t complain with anything since I came they solve any problems really quick, if you recommend to a friend they give you $500 credit once they move in as well. So far so good
