Amazing customer service with such prompt responses to all my issues. I just renewed my lease for the third year. This is the place to rent especially under Bobby Shepherd’s management. I will recommend this Camden Apartments to all my family and friends.

Allow me to elaborate on the previous star'd questions. - we're literally 5 minutes away from all the amenities (stores, groceries, restaurants, hospital, gas stations, etc) - the school is right across the street - this place has the best security systems, gates, and actual police officers patrolling. I can finally get a night's rest without usual 1 am firecrackers popp'n off. - THEY TOW! I cannot tell you how many times at my previous residents that I've come home after a 14 hour work day to have my parking area blocked in. These guys are great

Our entire family loves Camden Woodson Park ! When anyone of us mention Camden Woodson Park a huge smile appears on our face! Our family has thoroughly enjoyed Camden Woodson Park from the helpful staff to the quick maintenance . Any time something went wrong in our apartment, maintenance would be there within the hour and worked diligently to fix any issues. The Camden Woodson complex is beautiful and well maintained from the landscaping ,pool, gym, painting of black steel gate, painting of the parking lot lanes, etc. The staff at Camden Woodson Park always treated us as top priority.(Michelle is amazing!) You can tell the staff enjoy working with each other! Keep doing what you're doing guys!

Woodson Park is a great place to live, it's quite and well maintained. love Pool área. I love living in the Summerwood area, I like how it has stores and restaurants near by. Rosalyn and everyone in the office are great, they are always kind and attentive. Definitely recommend.

I would like to share my experience with Airiel, Assistant Manager at Camden Woodson Park. I was looking for an apartment in the area, and Camden was high on the list. I had to have an unexpected surgery, which postponed my search. During my recovery Airiel checked on me a few times....nothing about Camden....just checking on me!!! Once I recovered and was ready to resume I visited Camden again, and Airiel was eager to assist. She followed up, and even when I chose a different property she wished me well and promised she'd check on me in a year....LOL!! Airiel is the kind of employee that every complex needs!! I honestly wish she would leave Camden and come with me to my complex, but I know that isn't happening. You can tell she loves her job....it shows!! Thanks Airiel <3

My Roommates and I moved to this community a little over a month ago. It's our first place outside of our parents' houses, so it was a huge step that came with a bunch of anxiety and the stress that we might fail. However, our leasing agent, Kaneshia, has been nothing but wonderful and helpful throughout the entire process. She answered all of our questions and responds to our many, many emails within a timely fashion. She always took the time out to make sure we were okay. As for the community itself; we love it. The property is very clean and quiet as a whole. It's right next to a middle school, and we honestly thought it would be a problem with the noise level of the children, but it's actually not nearly as bad as we thought it would be. There is trash valet so we don't need to go to the dumpster every day, and the gym is wonderful! We haven't had a chance to visit the pool yet, because of the weather, however, every time I pass by it, it's always clean and well-kept. The gym looks directly into the pool and I see the maintenance team there all the time making sure its clean. Which I personally think is amazing, that even in the off season, they make sure the pool is well-kept. The Maintenance Team is A1. One of my roommates and I somehow found ourselves locked out of our apartment at 1am and one of the crew member's, Juan, came down within a short few minutes to help us. We are exceptionally grateful for his help. The community also has fun parties for children and adults. And they also do Food Truck Tuesdays! We learned about that a week after we moved it and it honestly made our day. We also really appreciate the daily news letters! I definitely recommend this community to choose as a home.

Came by to view a one bedroom. Super beautiful apartments. Inside is spacious. I like that there is wood flooring throughout including bedroom. Kaniesha took me on a great tour! Answered all my questions and she has such a great personality overall!

Look else where. If you want your car broken into or having a creep chase your kid? Hey this is the place for you. $1400 will get you that experience!!! Don't like having guest parking? These apartments never have guest parking. You lost your sticker to park freely in your own home well $50 will get you a new one. Or maybe you like having your car towed? That's what happens if you don't have the little sticker. Oh and that explains why there's no guest parking. All and all I wish my lease was over already
