Living at Northgate Oaks has been very inconvenient. Management isn't appeasing at all, with the exception of Amber. Jessica and Erin are extremely nonchalant and aren't helpful at all. I definitely wouldn't recommend this complex.

Excellent staff and community I haven't had a problem. Very quiet and staff keeps the grounds clean. The weight room is kept clean and I love the accessibility of getting parcels and mail. Sometimes parking is full at times but not to often.

I've have a great experience here at Northgate Oaks. Whenever I have an problems they respond quickly and resolve any issues. The staff is warm and welcoming and they answer any questions I might have.

I have lived here since 2014 and the customer service is great. They are always professional and efficient in handling any issues or maintenance requests. They keep up the property and grounds very well and I'm always proud to bring guests over because of that. The only thing I do not like is the parking situation. The rules have changed over the years and I do not like the idea of having to register guests to visit/park in guest parking or the fact that the parking for guests is limited and so far away from my unit which is a great inconvenience, especially at night. This is not always possible and does not allow for spontaneous or surprise visits and in some ways invades the privacy of guests by having to reveal who they are and/or retrieve vehicle information which the guests may not be comfortable providing and the tenants may not be comfortable requesting. It was not like this when I first moved in so needless to say, I'm not happy with this rule, although I understand that changing circumstances have caused these new rules but nevertheless, it is the one thing about living here that I do not like.

I recently moved in. It is a convenient location and grounds are well kept. Amber in front office has always provided a warm greeting and the utmost professionalism. My experience so far has been positive.

It's a great place, I've just moved for almost 2 months, the community is very quiet and clean, with 24-hour security, I feel very safe when I come home from work late, the security is very nice, sometimes they help me carry heavy stuff to the second floor. I like it here, it not far i'll find a first floor, because I have a small kid very hard to move up and down.

Not the most pleasant experiences or atmosphere for the price tag, there are ample amount of fees associated with renting here staff is beyond rude especially erin,buy a house or move to spring! Will not reccomend.

The community is quiet and peaceful. Maintenance around the community is done consistently because I haven't seen anything that looks worn out. The staff is very professional. I haven't had any trouble with feeling safe here in this community.

It's a nice quiet community where everyone seems very friendly here. Well kept and maintained. The surrounding area doesn't seem like the best of the best but in here, the outside world is blocked out. As peaceful as it gets by the pond.
