The staff is so far, amazing. Annette, the leasing agent, was unbelievably accommodating and knowledgeable. The concierge is incredibly nice. Complex is clean and beautiful views. With the specials offered at the time of me signing the lease, made it competitive. Ideal location, as I am now within walking distance to work.

The amenities inside are high quality. The view towards the stadium and interstates is like nowhere else. I havent been able to use the community facilities yet, but looking forward to doing so. Staff has been very friendly as well.

I have lived at Catalyst for almost a year and have no complaints. The staff is attentive and friendly. The amenities are beautiful and useful. My unit is efficient and comfortable. The location is fantastic! I love returning from work each day to my cozy home.

Staff is great and always there to help. Community functions are always fun and it's been great to meet various people in the building. The building is now very secure and as a single female, I feel very safe.

Excellent property: Secure, clean and well-maintained. Great location and great neighbors. Valet service is very responsive. Service elevator was wonderful: Dedicated elevator with a spacious loading dock.

I generally like Catalyst but am concerned if it is financially viable. Renting the 18th floor for short term rentals was very disappointing. Gym equipment is just OK. Dog park maintenance isn't great. Small cuts in amenities add up

The location and amenities are excellent. Staff are extremely accommodating albeit I think sometimes overloaded. The gym and pool area are what you'd expect at a high-end resort. I highly recommend this location and have no regrets whatsoever.

Very good so far! I have only been living here for two months. Leasing staff and concierge staff are very helpful. It's get a little loud in the building and surrounding areas when there is an Astros game but that is to be expected.
