Great place to live, great amenities, great apartment. Everyone in the community is super friendly. The staff is amazing and maintenance team is top. Several times I needed a maintenance (AC, lights, windows) and every time the maintenance team did a great job helping me.

Cozy and quiet community. I’ve lived here for 4 years and absolutely love the place. I’ve never had any maintenance issues except for my a/c going out last summer(as to be expected during the atrocious Texas heat) but Mario and the maintenance team had everything sorted out and blowing cold in no time.

I moved here around 3 or 4 weeks ago. So far, my experience as a tenant has been very nice. The employees here go above and beyond to help you. The amenities are very clean and modern. The gym, pool, barbeque area all look magnificent. They are very fast when responding to maintenance requests.

It was an awesome customer service experience, since the beginning everything was clear, we struggled a little bit with application however, Elizabeth was always there to solve any issue, once moving, she was also supporting us with energy service, thank you very much Elizabeth you're the best! ??

I recently relocated here a couple of weeks ago and I must say, my experience has been nothing short of amazing. The apartment offers a clean & peaceful environment that's perfect for unwinding after a long day. The customer service provided has been outstanding, with attentive staff members who go above and beyond to ensure residents' needs are met promptly and efficiently. Moreover, the amenities provided by the apartment are top-notch, enhancing the overall living experience. From well-maintained fitness facilities to inviting communal spaces, every aspect contributes to a comfortable and enjoyable lifestyle. In summary, I wholeheartedly give this apartment complex a perfect 10 out of 10 rating.

He vivido aqui por mas de 2 años y es un lugar increible, el personal siempre atento a lo que necesitas, nos encanto este lugar por su policitca de no fumar, lo cual es excelente, ya que estas libre de olores de fumadores, las instalaciones y amenidades son de lo mejor, una piscina super bonita, y con diferentes profundidades para todos, GYM muy bien equipado, sala de correos que garantiza tu paquetes esten seguros, todo se controla por una App, lo cual es genial. Sin duda espero seguir viviendo aqui por varios años mas, porque aqui lo tenemos todo.

It’s a beautiful and quiet place with excellent maintenance. Nice and relaxing atmosphere. Walk to the leasing office and you could enjoy of a good cup of coffee every day. Attentive and careful personal.

Very good community near to the Highway 290 and Highway 6. The leasing team especially Heather and Elizabeth are very helpful and resolve any queries promptly. The documentation and other formalities were taken care of with care and professionalism.

From the moment I walked in Natalia made us feel comfortable. She was very patient and welcoming. She answered all of our questions in detail and made the overall process very smooth. By the time we left we knew we wanted to move our family here.

Went to see the 3 bedroom that they have available and Natalia Crespo was AMAZING. Extremely helpful and answered every question that I had flawlessly. The property is nicely kept, the apartments are beautiful and the management is great. I couldn’t be happier about my future here!
