I love how spacious that these apartments are and the updated appliances! No matter which layout you choose nothing feels crammed. Leanna did an amazing job at helping with my apartment search. Definitely see myself as a future resident.

When I walked into the office I was greeted with a friendly hello and face. The person who helped me at was Leanna Rabsatt. Was so sweet helped with the process and made everything feel so easy buying an apartment.

Office is very friendly and helpful. They're renovating the entire community and the improvements look great so far. Tranquil community, nice well kept units. There are community events weekly. I would recommend to anyone looking to move to the energy corridor.

I Came to tour this location as a possible new home for myself and I was amazed by how friendly and helpful the staff and management was . The property is kept up very well , extremely clean and the apartments are so nice !!

We are been living at Cortland for almost 3 years, and the apartments are getting better and better. We love our apartment, the new renovations are beautiful!!! The outdoors are beautiful you wake up with deers and a beautiful view !!!
