Please do not move here if yu do not have too ! Maintenance here sucks and the office staff is useless !!!!! I BEG OF YU TO NOT MOVE HERE ! Ppl breaking into mailboxes and setting abandon apartments on fire with the mail in it ! The cameras do not work either since the previous leasing blocked them out so we have no security back here ! We are getting charged for smart locks that we do not have and the pool has not been opened in 3 YEARSSSSS !!! PLEASE DO NOT MOVE ! PLEASE DO NOT MOVE

want the number to corporate or someone to contact me from corporate. At this point I don’t wanna talk to the office I wanna talk to someone from corporate. I’ve called several times today and I even requested a tour and still no call back. This is totally unprofessional.

The property overall is nasty and dirty. Trash all over the place. The trash containers overflow all the time animals tear open the bags and take the trash all around the property. A car to the side of the property is all smashed up but is just left there for what reason idk must be an employees vehicle for it not to be towed yet. Also the new staff is ------ and they have a weird attitude when you ask them to do the job they already need to do. They’re worried about filling potholes but not worried about the nasty garages that are all burnt up.

The new property manager has told me numerous times “I’ll call and let you know” or “I’ll update you when I know for sure” I never hear back from him samething for his assistant they both don’t know how to keep their word. Overall the property is quiet. Yesenia rude rude rude ( his assistant ) says carport and garages are full but I can almost %100 guarantee they have some are available. Personally they both need to be more involved in the community by walking the property everyday to check on the grounds at least once a week I step in dog ---- some dog stations don’t have poop bags or the trash bag to place the poop bags in is missing. They also need to be more active on the parking situation obviously the towing company they work with isnt doing such a good job. FWI they arent the only towing company in Houston. The old property manager and residnts think its cool to park on fire lanes and never get towed. This falls back on poor management on the towing situation. I do give them props on fixing the front gate and cleaning up a little on the landscaping side. Back on them being involved if they take time out of their busy day to walk the property they would notice that residents think they are parked outside of AutoZone doing their oil change and installing there new flow masters which shouldn’t be allowed on property if you wanna work on your car pay for a garage oh wait they’re all full. I know this probably isn’t going to do much but just wanna put this out there in hopes it will help the next person in noticing the other 6 complex in the area might be a better option!

I Love the Peace And Quiet, no One Bothers Me And Vice Versa. Only Thing I Would Say Is Fix The Gate. And Have Security From Time To Time To Make Us Residents Feel A Little More Safe????????????????..

The process of getting approved and moving in was flawless. The staff was helpful and understanding. Once I submitted my move in inventory list, anything that wasn't to my expectations was handled the next day!

I think there are double standers for the manager and some of the people that live in her apartment building. The manager and people that live in her building park there cars and trucks in the fire lane in front of her building overnight, as well as leave cars that have no wheels on then park there overnight and nothing happen. park my car there one night when I was not able to park in a spot that was double park by two cars from each side as I showed her that morning when she came out and my car was towed. That is not right.

Good overall for the most part. Front office staff can have an attitude at times and the front gate is open 99.5 percent of the time. The parking is horrible by 7p. Make sure to get a garage or a covered parking spot if you move in.

So far it is very quiet. Neighbors are friendly. Office staff is friendly and helpful so far. They do need more parking though. The gate is broken on one side. Overall it is a great property but many of the doors need to be painted and cleaned
