My friend moved in 6 months ago. In that time period their apartment has been broken into twice. The messed up part is they moved apartments and it still happened again. Even the car was broken into. No cameras little security all in all not somewhere I was comfortable visiting. Please do research before moving here.

So far everyone drives fast. The dumpster is always full of trash and the team members are slow. I've been waiting a week to have maintenance come and fix something that was suppose to be done on the day of move in. It's so simple, I just need an element because I'm missing one. Also the walls have stains on them and they just repainted so they didn't do a very good job. Overall though, the apartment is nice. I still have much more to notice.

The process was very easy! I love my new place the leasing consultant Mrs kim Roy was with me every step of the way! Don't hesitate to move into these apartment homes. The recommendation I have is that we have assigned parking spots.

Security has been an issue. There are frequent vehicle burglaries and thefts as well as robberies of apartment homes. The monthly rent is over priced and there is no specific resident parking. Maintenance workers are not knowledgeable either.

Under new Maintenance personal, which is great.. However, the landscape is not the best.. mulch should be added, after they fix the drainage of the gutter system. Management is new, which should help, hopefully

So far this community and apartment staff have been helpful in all ways possible would recommend this place to someone that wants to feel at home and secure. Love the gym and the pool and how is all clean.

The move in process was easy, credit check and paper work was fast. Staff was good at showing me the apartments that were available and friendly. The items that needed to be fixed I reported to the staff but haven't been fixed.

Clean and nice place and obsolete peaceful place Pools is nice and staff always ready to attend any questions or concerns maintenance crew are so effective and ready to solve any issues mails and packages are safe

Very nice apartment complex inside and out and the office staff are very nice and welcoming. Never had an issue when I lived here before. I lived here from 2017-2018 and I loved it. It is a very nice place to live.

This complex was fine until break ins started to happen and no notifications were given to tenants. Tenents amongst themselves had to see police riding around to find out through other tenants what had happened to their belongings and vehicles.
