I'm very happy I moved here! I? have been here for three years and I love it! It's super quiet and everyone here is super friendly! The staff has always been very helpful and willing to make time for anyone!

Community is great in general, a little bit expensive in comparison with other closer communities but when compare the amenities, location and perks you'll understand this difference because there's almost everything close to Atwater.

Great. We have enjoyed the amenities and the service overall. We wish the fee for moving out early weren't so steep, but other than that, the experience has been really smooth. There is a lot of parking, the pools and grounds are gorgeous and well maintained.

So far I've had a lovely experience at the Atwater. Staff are friendly, amenities are well maintained, and maintenance requests are prioritized. Living here is so peaceful and quiet, I feel very safe. Only issues are the garbage collection; there have been instances where my garbage was not taken or flattened boxes were not taken for a few days. Otherwise would highly recommend.

It has been rocky at times, but overall this community has become a home. It's not easy moving to another city, and the management staff have always taken my concerns seriously, the maintenance staff has always been wonderful, and the area is just beautiful. Sometimes residents are inconsiderate with their animals, but this is more about other people than those who run the community. And even then, it's a wonderful place to live?especially if you want to stay away from the traffic of Houston. 10/10
