Transition was easy with support from their staff and compared to other places they have more than one plus it has a theater room walking and dog park as well as 24 hr gym with public shower feels like iam retiring

The apartment is nice. Maintenance is quick communities is quiet and also love that its animals friendly. The events and food truck trucks that stop by the front makes it more comfortable and homie to be here

This smaller community is off the main and busy roads. The staff was super friendly and helpful. I know people who live here and they love it! I believe there are several police officers who live onsite. That's comforting.

I recently left this complex after living here for three years. An accumulation of issues lead to my decision to break my lease and relocate. I left the apartment immaculately clean. I walked through with the assistant manager after I vacated it and no issues were found. However, I was told that so called professionals came in later and found discoloration, for which I was being charged a cleaning fee. No photos or other proof of the alleged damage were provided. Beware of these dishonest practices.

Friendly snd knowledgeable leasing agent. Quiet neighborhood for a Saturday. Close to shopping, grocery stores, dining, entertainment. Easy access to HWY 249 and HWY 99. Close to Methodist Hospital at Willowbrook.

Great Location conveniently located near multiple stores and restaurants. Nice clean and well maintained by maintenance and management. Easy move in process and communication with management was smooth and efficient.

The community area is great, very close and convenient to everything. We love the area! Feels very safe and family friendly as well as pet friendly, there is a close dog park that we go to everyday and it's beautiful and clean! The apt complex is also very clean and maintained, absolutely friendly staff!!

Vintage Park was a beautiful apartment complex. The trees and landscaping made the paths very pleasant to walk around on. The employee who gave me a tour was unclear on whether the apartment complex is truly non-smoking, though, which could impact our decision to move here.

The experience has been very pleasant in a certain way with respect to the facilities and the neighbors have been very good the complex is very quiet and the areas it offers are very comfortable now based on the administration it is very unpleasant since they do not solve the problems they really have happened many tragic events within the complex and they do nothing the officer in charge does not answer the phone or the calls and the manager is a very rude person and in turn does not pay interest to things that should really interest him I hope that in the administration they can put order in that issue

I've lived here for 5 years already, and this place gives me a strong sense of home. I feel safe, it's not noisy, maintenance crew is great, it's comfortable, and I believe I get a good value from this apartment.
