Definite roaches during the summer. In the kitchen, bedrooms, bathrooms. And outside on the porch and street. Maintenance sometimes showed up without letting you know beforehand. Felt like my home had an open door policy.

I’ve lived in this community for over eight years. Overall I feel very positive about my living experience. The grounds are well maintained and the outside units are very well kept. The office staff and maintenance crew are very dependable and knowledgeable. I love the size of this complex, very quaint and quiet for the most part. Friendly environment.

When I moved here the service was good but that changed during the last months I lived there. Emails were not returned and maintenance issues took too long. Also, there were very nosy neighbors always staring at you and what you're doing. Apartments are older as well so more issues with older buildings.

I have been living at the marquis on memorial for 4 years now. I am very happy here. The grounds are always clean. The neighborhood and surrounding community and area is quiet and a very very nice area to live in I always feel safe I'm in a gated community. My apartment overlooks the pool which is always a nice view to have. Finally my area and community has restaurants parks and businesses close by. I'd recommend marquis on memorial for your next move.

I’ve lived at this property twice. I keep coming g back. Great community and one of the best Marquis properties in Houston. Casee at the Marquis on Memorial is Awesome. Very knowledgeable, personable and Professional. She is so helpful. I’m so appreciative to have cross path with Casee. She’s the Best.

Great property with even better staff. Casee Patrick always goes over and beyond for me there. She has a pleasant attitude and so does the other staff. That goes a long way for me. I haven’t had any negative issues staying here.

I have been searching for the perfect property and I found it at the Marquis on Memorial! The manager Casee made me feel as if I were already apart of the community. She was very personable and asked a lot of questions to understand and learn my specific needs. The tour of the amenities and grounds was too notch. You can tell the property is well taken care of and the attention to detail was impressive. Thank you Casee for making me feel at home!

Upon moving in Ms. Patrick was extremely welcoming, courteous and punctual. Every email responded to and phone call answered. After I officially moved in she called to ensure everything was going well and that any imperfections had been perfected. Almost felt like I had my feet up while she took care of everything. Two thumbs up because that’s all I have..

I recently toured Marquis on Memorial, this cute little hidden gem in the energy corridor and Casee toured me and was super personable. She told me she was recently promoted but I could tell she had made it a point to learn the community. I highly recommend this community to anybody looking for a cozy, quite and friendly community! I would have leased had my job not transferred me.

I have absolutely loved my experience living at the marquis on memorial. Upon my separation and subsequent divorce, the transition from a large nearby home with two special needs children to an apartment seemed daunting, to say the least. The staff was patient and accommodating every step of the way to make us feel eight at home as quickly as possible. The floor plan with the attached garage has made all the difference in the world in helping our apartment feel more like a home than other rentals I looked at as a single mom and the small scale of the community, the quiet nature of being in a residential neighborhood and the charm of the amenities has been perfect for me and my children in this phase. I just renewed my lease and plan to remain here unless life circumstances point me elsewhere someday.
