This is a hidden gem in the area. It's a bit older but it's well maintained and the rent is incredible. I lived in a 1 bed/1 bath on the 1st floor for 5 years here. It's quiet and well-placed; many residents simply walk to the HEB across the street for groceries. The staff is wonderful as well. Sara and Gail are very nice and accommodating and will do everything they can to really make you feel at home. The maintenance staff are pretty quick and don't cut corners. The main maintenance man, Caesar, will happily chat any time; even explaining why something may have broken. There are some issues though. There are no washer/dryer units in the apartments but this is to keep rent down. The laundry facilities are outside in the open and only take quarters; it would be nice if they were card readers instead. Another issue is that the units can get very humid, especially in summer. This can be remedied by buying a dehumidifier though. One final issue is insects. While not terribly common at least once every few weeks I'd find a palmetto bug/tree roach in the apartment. They're harmless but it's unnerving to see a roach the size of my thumb on my walls. That being said, the bug spray people come every Monday and you can request a spray that generally does a good job of keeping them out for awhile. All in all, this is a great complex and any problems are minor. Highly recommended.

I happily recommend this apartment complex. Great management and maintenance. They've fixed everything I ever mentioned and very timely. It has very nice tenant neighbors - no complaints - and it's in a wonderful area in the Galleria. I plan to be here for a long time.

I just moved out today and boy, was it sad! Gail and Sara were hands down the friendliest managers I've had. Ceasar (maintenance man) has gone above and beyond many times for me during my stay there, even going so far as to fix my car! It's an older complex but well maintained. There won't ever be a better area of town to live in at such an affordable price. Only left to be closer to my job out in Katy! Gonna miss my first Houston home and friendly neighbors.

Great place to live, Sarah, and Gail are very nice, Maria and cesar from maintenance are awesome they all work together to make this place amazing, I lived here for 9 years and I wish I could stay, unfortunately they don't have a 3-2, I miss this place already.

3 Fountains 3 is great. I met Sarah and Gail back in 2012 and they haven't changed. They treat you like family/people. It's close to HEB, and many other amenities. You can go anywhere from this location and it's not too far. Best price for the value, security, consistently nice/helpful management, nearby stores within walking distance. I moved from the Tree Tops at Post Oak wearily and I find 3 Fountains 3 to way better overall.
