The apartment is convenient, well appointed, and the staff is quite cooperative. I enjoy my little patio and like having a nice front door. When I sit outside having my coffee in the morning, neighbors speak when I do.

This is a great apartment complex. The management team takes care of things in an extremely timely manner and all maintenance issues are completed quickly. There are no parking issues and overall I would highly recommend this property.

I appreciate the service from Imelda and Rebeca. Though I often forget to fill out surveys, their prompt responses to maintenance requests make me feel heard and cared for. My daughter and I are happy with our home here and find the price value fair.

I heard about this community through my friends. The 1st day I came to the leasing office, the staff were very friendly and great service. They took care of each and everything till the keys were in our hands and the management is too good. When there is any issue in the room, a technician will come immediately. I love staying here.

This is a nice place to live. Staff is so kind and good people. Whenever is something happens, they eager to help and solve any kind and type of the problem (if any appears). Definitely I want to live here more and more

The Office staff is wonderful. They take the time to listen and have things fixed in a timely manner. The complex is well maintained and taken care of. The Amenities such as the pool and fitness center are very convenient

It's progressing well. I wished landscape would pick up their trimmings. I also wished that we had better drainage. Unfortunately when it rains, there is approximately 2 inches of rain on the walkway.

Lakeshore is a great apartment if you are single and living alone while working on building your future. When I first moved in it was mostly college kids but now it seems like a lot of first gen immigrant families, which isnt bad. Just different vibe. People here are polite and keep to themselves mostly. Never had issues getting ahold of somebody when there was a maintenance issue. The shower faucets (at least in my unit) are extremely difficult to turn on. As a single female, I have to make 3-4 attempts with all my strength before it turns on . Internet was fast and stable. AC and heating work amazing. Only issues I had were pests, roaches would come in through my front door and drains. My upstairs neighbors moved and it was a battle to get them out of my apartment. However, the leasing office was very helpful when I complained and the exterminators always showed up and were helpful and great overall. Also, the office ladies are so cool. Every place I lived had rude people who worked the office but the girls here are amazing. Down to earth, understanding and sweet. I'd renew my lease if I wasnt relocating to Austin.

I have done 2 lease terms at Lakeshore and I have had nothing but positive experiences here. The neighbors are friendly and courteous, the community is clean and well maintained, the office and maintenance staff are always helpful and go beyond to help with any concerns we may have. I really enjoy the events they have and socializing with everyone there. I would recommend and refer anyone looking for a caring staff and comfortable place to call home to Lakeshore.
