I am a new resident and live in Sausalito apartments about 1,5 months. At first, I was looking for right location for me and right price. I had several apartments to consider. But I made my decision when I have talked to Manager Raquel and Assistant Manager Melissa - they were so knowledgable and helpful that I had to choose Sausalito! And that was the right move! Apartment is big and quiet. Convenient parking. Fast maintenance. Overall apartment complex is clean, safe and welcoming! Thank you, Raquel! Thank you, Melissa!

I love my apartment, very nice community, maintenance is very attentive always taking care of their tenants. If any problem I just call the ladies at the office and I get my maintenance requests right away. I do recommend this place.

I love this community because it's really quiet. When I have an issue for a repair staff acts pretty fast. Staff (Melissa Camal) is very friendly and work with you anyway possible. Its a great place to live. Everything is accessible.

I have lived at this community for 3 months now, and it has been great so far. The staff is very helpful, the residents are screened well as everybody is nice, and the apartments are very spacious. There is also maintenance and security on site who handle any possible problems immediately.

Tengo una exelente y muy buena experiencia en estos apartamentos muy limpios muy cuidadosos se preocupan mucho por los residentes que vivimos aqui el parquiadero muy limpio la llarda muy limpia el area de la alberca y el area de la lavanderia exelente las personas que trabajan ahi exelente muy amistosas colaboran ayudan mucho las muchas de la oficina exelente maravillosas personas muy servicial ayudan mucho en todo lo que necesitamos

Melissa is awesome! She makes sure everything i need is handled. Whenever there is something that needs to be fixed she make sure its fixed in a instant. A beautiful spirit with a kind soul.

Terribly place to live, no safety, MELISSA gets in to the apartments without excuse, I'm see her twice getting in to my apartment and run when she find me in my bed , you don't have a private place! RUN AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!
