My overall experience has been great so far. I love how professional the office staff has been. They never made empty promises, and apologized for something that was clearly not their fault. That meant a lot in that they took in consideration that I have a son in which was really heartfelt.

so far not good. Not enough characters to explain. Just trust that their are far better options close by. This is a clean community and is fairly quiet. But lying or not specifying things to get someone in a contract is disgusting!

So far so good. I loved it here. Office staff are nice, mantainace is good. I would refer a friend. Elevator goes in off some days tho but so far so good. Rent is however expensive here as compared to others around. Thank you

I love this community. I would recommend to friends and family. We love the closet space, bigger than most other apartments we searched. We fell in love with the space, it's perfect and we can finally have guests over

My experience so far has been really good! No complaints. The community looks good, not too noisy and have plenty to do. I have no regrets about moving into this apartment. The front office staff have always been courteous and thorough when assisting me.

I had an issue with the Unit I wanted it but we worked it through and everything worked out good. Brenda, susy and Luisa had did there best to solve the problem and make me as happy as they could! Thanks them all

This has been the best apartment that I have lived in. Staff very helpful and repairs done ASAP the pool is beautiful neighbors are friendly noise level is low pets are not aggressive trash is picked up on time

Prior to moving in I found it extremely hard to reach staff by phone. On my move in day I was very excited but arriving at the office staff was prepared and asked me to redo paperwork I was explained that my mailbox was a different number from my unit. The agent was fairly new and she tried her best but seasoned staff should've been more helpful with her. If the office staff could but customer service at the forefront these apts would be very lovely to live.

The staff that works at Radius West Apartments displays excellent customer service. Speedy responses and expert knowledge. Staff works extended hours and make sure everything is up to your expectations as a tenant. 100% recommend.

Community and staff is great. Reconstruction of the parking lot has add on to the greatness. Only thing is the loudness seeping in the house for people that lives close to the main road. Other than that, this place is great.
