6/7/2018 Hands down the worst apartment. I've called multiple times about the mold growing on my dining room ceiling. They keep saying "we'll send someone out to fix it today". They have not and it has almost doubled in size now. That's just not healthy. There are racoons in my ceiling. I can hear them at all hours of the night fighting and running around. Also, pretty sure the mold growing on the ceiling is from the raccoons using that spot as a bathroom. Ceiling above shower fell halfway down, when that happened we noticed what appeared to be mild inside of there as well. After 3/4 days of telling them the ceiling was falling they out some screws in to hold it back up, pretty sure they just sealed it up and left all the mold. There's an open pipe from the ceiling leaking brown sludge from above the shower. They had to replace the toilet and when they did they left a huge gap in the floor, leaving the plywood u see the floor exposed which allowed water to get under there, probably more mold. Constantly having to deal with fleas, roaches, gnats. Raccoons hang out on the stairs and surprise you when you walk past. The card they give you to pay rent on rarely works and since there is no drop box I have to leave work i order to catch them during business hour to give them a money order. Hours posted by door, on website, and on phone are all different. To top it off my a/c went out, it's almost 90º inside my apartment. I had called them this morning to let them know my a/c didn't seem to be working very well and once again they said "we'll send someone out to fix it today". Got home late from work today, opened front door just to get smacked in the face with coming from inside. I guess today doesn't mean the same day anymore? It's 83º outside so I'd love to crack a window and get a breeze but there are no screens on Windows and I don't want to wake up covered in bug bites/have a racoon in my living room. Note to complex: Do better maintenance and treat your residents better. 6/8/2018 Called them yet again this morning to remind them of the mold and the ac not working. They finally fixed the mold, well sort of, it looks like it was just cleaned from the outside and painted over, the leak causing the mold still exists. Once again I opened my apartment door to a wave of heat. It is yet again almost 90º inside my apartment. I called them this afternoon to confirm that the ac and mild was fixed and I was informed that it was, but obviously the ac is STILL OUT, GOING ON DAY 3 WITH NO AC.

I have lived at August for 10 years. I lived in a 2bedroom at first. 3 years later I downgraded to a 1 bedroom. Overall, I'm happy. Its quiet for the most part. Maintenance fixes all my issues. The office staff has changed over quite a bit but at least it is for the better each time. Just like with any property, you run across those neighbors that like to get loud here and there. But on site security is very helpful with controlling those problems. I will probably continue to live here for another 10 years as long as they dont continue to raise my rent.

I stayed at augusta for about a year within 90 days I moved in I've been hearing noises in the attack, ceiling, roof whatever you want to call it come to find out it have been raccoons stay in up top of me I stayed on the 3rd floor I wanted to move so bad but I didn't want to break my leave because I have paid almost $1000 security deposit to move in, I been moved out going on 60 days & I havnt received my security deposit yet I'm trying not to have to take them to court but that's my next option I keep calling they keep saying they gone call back but never do

I lived in these apartments for two years in two different apartment buildings. The first apartment was infected with mice. At night we could hear them in the wall. They sent Terminix and their maintenance men put out traps. The first day three mice were caught. They transferred me to another apartment that they swore did not have any pest problems at all. On day I went to my pantry and there was a hole in a bag of child. I thought I was tripping so I didn't say anything. The next time I found a hole in my food I knew we had mice again. I spoke to KT and they put glue traps at my door. They didn't even put them out. So after we closed on our house, we got the hell out of there. I did not clean it because mice ran out of the pantry to a hole by the dishwasher and I was terrified. Now they sent me to collections for $700 and that's how much I paid for rent month. Do not move there! Their new corporate office and the office staff are rude!!!! The roof on my patio caved in and they didn't fix it. It was still not repaired when I moved out. The roofers broke a window in my children's bedroom and the office would not fix it because they said the roofing company was responsible for it. The window for not replaced for three days. The maintenance man came and put cardboard up on the window.

I love this apartment complex. It's quiet for the most part, no one messes with property, and it has a pool! If your thinking about this place you should definitely check it out.

I think Augusta is a great place to live. It's very quiet and that's what I like the most. I moved out in Nov. 2011, now it's Jan. 2014 and I want to move back.

Don't move into this place. The management team are all crooks and they are very unprofessional. Especially the one name KT and Irma at corporate office. The units are filled with roaches and spiders. They are slow to fix anything and are quick to file eviction. KT sent me a bogus eviction letter to get more money from me. When I contacted corporate after almost 20 voicemails, I spoke with Irma who did not listen to anything at all. Irma is very unprofessional as well. When I attempted to speak with someone over her position, she refused to give me the information which is why I came to this site. These women are serving no purpose but attempting to steal money from residents. Signed a very unsatisfied resident!!!!

Please do not move here because it is a piece of ____! The people in the front office are very rude and dont care about the residents that are here. At the first of the month they want their rent but dont want 2 fix anything, roaches are bad no matter how clean you or your apartment is and you cant pay pest control 2 come when they are needed. There is so much drama with people talking loud,fighting, and alot of kids running around the apartments destroying everything. We havent got a good night sleep since moving in because of the loud and disrespectful tenants. None tenants park in the tenants parking spaces so when you get home from anywhere you may be, u will have 2 park far from your apartment. The whole point is if you want peace and a piece of mind, dont move here or let anyone you know move here.

I AM A CURRENT RESIDENT OF THE AGUSTA APT AND BELIEVE ME NOT THE BEST EXPERIENCE ESPECIALLY WITH MY SON... WITHIN THE 1ST WEEK OF MOVING IN THERE WERE GUNSHOTS RIGHT OUTSIDE MY APT AND AFTER IT WAS ALL OVER I LOOK OUTSIDE MY WINDOW AND EVERYONE WAS ACTING LIKE NOTHING HAPPENED AND THEN TO TOP IT OFF COPS GOT THERE 2 3 HOURS LATER, THEN A BRAND NEW MATTRESS THAT I HAD JUST PURCHASED UPON MOVE IN ENDED UP GETTING BED BUGS AND HAD TO GET RID OF IT COMPLAINED AND ALL THEY COULD DO 3 DAYS LATER SEND IN AN EXTERMINATOR... MY SINK HAS BEEN CLOGGED N MY A/C NOT WORKING AS ITS SUPPOSE EVER SINCE I MOVED IN... THEN I WAS LATE ON A PAYMENT I GAVE THEM A DATE THAT I'D PAY AND THEY GO CHANGE MY LOCK SO NOW I AM CURRENT WITH MY RENT AND I HAVENT BEEN GIVEN KEYS TO LOCK MY DOOR SO EVERYTIME LEAVE MY HOME I PRAY TO GOD NO ONE BREAKS IN WHILE I AM AT WORK...

I moved in on October 9, 2011 and moved out December 28,2011, because my apartment was broken into in brode-open daylight. I watched repeatedly when leaving and arriving home. I witnessed multiple drug transactions right at my door steps and management was rude. They tried to refuse me moving due to the six month lease, but I instantly went to corporate and within two days I had a response to move with no strings attached. The ROACHES was "WALKING TALL" I complained the first day I moved in and two weeks later the sent pest control and a few days later they were back and they brought the entire family after the spraying. If you are single count your blessings for surviving at "GUNSPOINT."
