I walked into Hanover BLVD Pl. and Elyssa immediately helped me and gave me information about an apartment there. Great staff , supper professional! If you’re looking for a new home this is where you need to go!

Daphne my leasing agent was AMAZING, she is very knowledgeable about the apartments. The manager Michele was also very friendly. Building kept super clean and rooftop amenities and pool was beautiful Cant wait to move in!

Victor Serrano went above and beyond the call of duty to ensure that a recent maintenance issue was addressed quickly, professionally and thoroughly. He even went the extra mile to follow-up and ensure that all was well. His dedication to executing to perfection, genuinely positive attitude and refreshingly friendly personality truly make my experience at HBP spectacular! Victor really is the best of the best!

The maintenance service at Hanover Blvd Place is something that I have never seen in any other properties that I have lived at shoutout to Victor Serrano he is dedicated to serve his community star!!!

I am so happy to be living here! The staff really makes this place what it is. Starting with the leasing experience, Mona was an absolute angel. Friendly, knowledgeable, patient, I knew I was going to lease here after touring with her. Since moving in, she's been such a huge help and its been great to see her around the building; she always goes out of her way to say hi to me and my pup when we're in the lobby. Everyone at the front desk is also outstanding. The building is always clean, quiet, and the rest of the residents have been so friendly. So glad to call this place my home!

Before you even consider touring or living at Hanover BLVD place, let me tell you about my awful experience living here: A. Racism and Profiling: On numerous occasions, my family, friends and I have received discriminatory treatment and comments, from not only the leasing staff but the front desk concierge. If you are black, African, or a person of color PLEASE save your money & consider living somewhere else. The property staff has gone out of their way to inappropriately monitor my daily activities starting from the parking garage, the elevators, the halls then to my apartment home. None of my actions have warranted for this kind of nasty treatment but I guess the staff at Hanover BLVD feel obligated to do so due to the color of my skin. In addition, they allow other residents to freely install & angle their ring door cameras that records the entire hall of my unit as well as the interior of my apartment when I enter/ exit. This obviously invades my privacy and makes me feel very uncomfortable. I have expressed this concern to management, but till this day they have done ABSOLUTELY NOTHING about it. B. ROACH INFESTATION: I pay ~$4,000 a month for my apartment home and I have not been able to enjoy the amenities due to serious ROACH INFESTATION. In every corner of the rooftop pool and barbecue area, you are guaranteed to see a roach. We are not talking about small roaches, but big cockroaches almost the size of my thumb. Till today, management has not done anything to resolve this and this is unacceptable given the amount of money I pay each month. C. NO AC IN ELEVATORS AND HALLWAYS On numerous occasions, the elevators don’t work and there is no AC in the hallways and elevators. With the amount of checks they collect from residents, you will think Hanover BLVD place will invest in proper ventilation. But think again! This complex does not care and will literally allow their residents and guests to suffer and sweat in heat, which is totally UNACCEPTABLE. D. POOR MAINTENANCE AND SAFETY HAZARDS The front door of my apartment home is not sealed at the bottom which leaves room for privacy violations, theft, and trespassing. The wood flooring throughout my unit is worn down. It constantly slides and has caused damage to the bottom of my feet. This is not safe, especially if you have children! These are just an FEW examples of why I would not recommend. Overall, Hanover gets 0 out of 5 stars.

Recently toured the building with the leasing manager Mona and had a wonderful experience and amazing customer service . Location is wonderful and close to all my favorite grocery stores and shops. I can recommend this place!

From friendly and supportive staff, to the best 24/7 conceive service, I feel protected, helped, and heard at Hanover BLVD. There is no other apartment complex I would live in other than here. No matter what the issue is, the amazing team here is always able to help in best possible way!

Most professional property management in town! The amenities are brilliant with a lavish pool! The property is always clean. The maintenance department is top notch. The new supervisor (Victor) is the best with his rapid response to the residents’ requests. He is so friendly, efficient, knowledgeable, and professional. I enjoy living in this relaxing and secure environment!

Hanover Blvd Place is a beautiful property! Very sleek flush kitchen cabinets and amazing staff. They are in a very convenient location which is a huge plus as well. Come check out this amazing property!
