Great quiet place to live. Clean property with meticulous kept grounds. Very friendly staff. I love the pool area, walking on the grounds. The place is very well lit up at night. It is like living in a miniature resort.

My daughter's and I viewed a number of apartments and Cortland Vizcaya was the only one that really felt homie. From start to finish, I was guided through the leasing process and all of my questions were answered in a timely manner. We've now been in the apartment for a month and it's been a great experience. There have been zero maintenance issues. It is quiet. The grounds are beautifully kept. My girls love swimming in the pool. The fitness center has just the right amount of things in it to get a good workout in. I would highly recommend.

Only have lived here for a short while but love it so far, the apartment is very nice as well as the people. The only thing that could improve is better parking situation, that being said you can always find somewhere to park just isn’t always easy. Overall great community and staff.

The property is well maintained and the staff is always friendly and attentive. Brianna is always ready to answer my questions and resolve any issues I have. Her and the entire team are a pleasure to work with.

Stephanie was a great help in selecting a two-bedroom home for my daughter and I. We look forward to moving in later this summer! Thank you for being so helpful in explaining pricing/fees. I can’t wait to call this place home!

Visited my friend who lives here and I have to say the property is very well kept up. My lease is ending soon and I plan to move here if possible. Super excited to move to cortland vizcaya! Front office was super nice too.

These apartments are very nice for the price point and location! You’re right next to I-10 and close to Katy and the mall. Staff was nice and they showed me around. I am filling out my application now!
