Bad properties! Very certain to do whatever they can to keep your deposit. VERY non-honest individuals working here. Do not rent from this company! The prices are low but it's because the quality is horrible!

The apartments are older (80s) but still large. Grounds are nice but nothing to get excited about. VERY QUIET. Located in the back of a neighborhood. Swimming pool is the only amenity but you have to pay for a pool key. Prices are great but the office manager, Larry, appears nice when trying to get you in an apt. but once in, if something breaks it is your fault, he is abrupt and speaks to people like he is above them. Other than that...great place.....oh..no guest parking.

I lived at Memorial Hills for 6 months in 2010, and I can honestly say that I enjoyed my time there. The management was nice and prompt, the complex was rather quiet, and the back of the neighborhood was a great place without too many random people driving around. The good: - Large apartments - Clean - Quite - As safe as you can get for this area - Really close to the Hardy and I-45 The bad: - The parking spaces were really small - Older appliances - narrow staircases - Must have your own W/D unit For the price, it's hard to beat.

This is a place to call home! I have lived here for the last 10 years and have seen this property get better in time. The owners and management are awesome! They take care of the property like it should be. I recommend all my friends.

This is a wonderfully safe and quiet place to live, hidden in back of a nice subdivision! Star Realty, Inc. is a fantastic management company and the maintenance staff is terrific! They take care of all our concerns. This is a must place to live.

This is a great property in a very quiet and secluded part of a subdivision. The management has changed and is wonderful! The maintenance is fantastic and these are built very well! I have lived here for many years and would not think about moving away!
