I have been enjoying living at Latitude for the past 5 years. The staff is very kind and helpful. The rent has increased quite a lot, but otherwise I have no complaint. I would strongly recommend this apartment community to my friends.

Service is good here and I appreciate the staff and maintenance team for being prompt and taking care of everything. I renewed my lease because I enjoy living here and hopefully everything keeps going great

Been a resident since October. The amenities on property include a pool table, gym, several bbqs, even a pizza oven. Our sky lounge and pool on the 35 floor have some amazing views. Love how some of the surrounding buildings chance the color of their roof top lighting. We are next to the Children's Hospital, MD Anderson and several other hospitals. We have a shuttle service which helps people get to their medical appointments. We are a short drive to a lot of stores and restaurants.

I have overall had a very positive experience at Latitude. As a student at Rice University, the location is extremely convenient. While there isn't a ton to do in walking distance, the apartment is quite close to some restaurants as well as a metro stop. The amenities in the complex (work out area, amazing rooftop pool) as well as the units themselves are great, and I've been very pleasantly surprised by the lack of noise from other units and the street. I also feel very safe at and around the apartment and frequently walk to/from Rice campus alone (as a young woman) without any issues. My one complaint is that the leasing office has occasionally been difficult to communicate with, but most of the time they are helpful and friendly.

It’s a beautiful facility with great amenities and I enjoy the team that works at Latitude. Everyone is really nice and helpful. Service requests have been quickly taken care of. Apartment is very nice and spacious.
